The location of the hotel is quite good - on a mountainside, in a park, 10 minutes walk to the center (to the bus station too). The hotel adjoins the water park (free for hotel guests), we never went to it.
The food is very good. We only took breakfast. It was better only in all-inclusive hotels.
The room was called "apartment", but there was no kitchen in it (there was not even a boiler). Perhaps this is the only drawback. Room with fresh cosmetics, in the style of the 60s. Wifi was. Cleaned up. Bed linen is good. Friendly staff helps. They do not speak English, Russian - a little bit.
