We traveled as a family - me, my husband and two children 8 and 10 years old. The hotel was found on booking, there was an early booking promotion.
We drove by our own car, it’s hard to get to the hotel, since it is located in the forest, in Turava, but we were guided by the hotel administrator - fortunately we managed to negotiate with the Pole in Russian and Ukrainian.
We lived in a 4-bed room. The window overlooked the forest. Every day we walked around, took pictures, enjoyed nature. Near the hotel - a large lake, you can fish. My husband was even a little upset that we did not come one month earlier, when it was still the fishing season.
The room is simple but comfortable - there is a bath and a toilet in the room, 4 beds, a kettle. Clean, fresh bed, cleaning every other day. There was no TV in the room, which is very good. In the evenings, we went out into the living room and drank tea by the fireplace, talked with friendly hotel staff, and the children drew and read books.
If it got boring in the evenings, we took a car and went for a walk in Opole (only 30 km from Turava).
We ordered 3 meals a day and did not lose, as the restaurants around were closed (I repeat - not in season). Plus the food was good, everything was delicious. When she said that I was on a special diet, they made me personal lunches and dinners, instead of fried and spicy - baked and boiled.
I think it's worth coming back here in the summer - when you can swim in the lake and ride a bike to your heart's content.
