Once again in a fairy tale
We decided to celebrate Christmas in Zakopane this year. We visited this place 4 years ago, we liked it, so we decided to return. We went with the Kiev travel agency Laura. "There" the trip was quite difficult, because. got into a "traffic jam" at the borders (many people left for the holidays). We stood at the borders for about 6 hours. The hotel was booked from the category of budget - Tatarek. A small private hotel with 9 rooms, 4 of which were occupied by our company. The owner of the hotel lives in it with his family, his name is Wojtek, a kind-hearted person who will always answer any question and help in any situation. I can say about the hotel that the rooms are very small, but neat and warm. We took breakfast and dinner. There was no restaurant in our hotel itself, we went to the neighboring boarding house "Marzenie" (30 meters away). There are no complaints about the food either, the price-quality ratio is acceptable, without fanaticism, we were always full. Now about the rest itself! Snow, frost, sun, mountains.... what could be more beautiful! First of all, we enjoyed walking, taking a break from the big noisy city! We are beginners in skiing. Not far from the hotel there is a Pardalovka hill, a trail for beginners, where we took our first "steps". Liked! We rode every day, went to different slides, almost everywhere there are slides for beginners. We liked Nosal, I think there are 6 tracks for beginners, you can choose the one that suits you exactly. There was something to do in my free time. We went to the water park (the locals call the Water Park). There was no enthusiasm, because. This is our second time at this water park, but we still had a great time. We climbed Mount Gubalovka, walked there, drank mulled wine, rode snowmobiles (unforgettable). It's just that I personally really like to drive vehicles: cars, ATVs, bicycles....well, and so on, but for the first time on a snowmobile! We went to another water park, quite new and popular, located somewhere 12-15 km from Zakopane in Bukovina Tatranska (to be honest, I don’t remember the name), there are thermal springs, 4 different open-air pools... mmm, in one of swimming pools, when you lie down on the water, you can hear the music playing under the water, my husband couldn’t pull me out of there, such a relaxation))) It’s better to go to this water park by minibus from the bus station or by taxi (only a little expensive for a taxi). We went there by taxi, calling through the service, it turned out 80 zlotys on the counter - expensive, and took a taxi back from our hand for 50 zlotys! It usually costs more! Try to agree on a specific amount at once, so it will be clearer! Very nice! It's better to go there in the morning, then there are fewer people! On the main street of Krupovka you can find anything, shops, souvenirs, bars, restaurants, an amusement park. . . etc. From the establishments to "eat" I advise the Watra restaurant, they cook meat insanely delicious, large portions and sooo tasty! Of the evening establishments, to "drink" a cool barchik Mexica, a very pleasant atmosphere, original interior and live music (one musician plays the guitar, and plays very softly and professionally).
