There were no complaints about the service. The hotel is cozy, in the center, the breakfast is delicious. But! When I checked in, they charged 200 CZK from my card for using the minibar. It was supposed that this money, if I did not use the bar, would be automatically returned to the card within 5 days after departure. I didn't go to the bar. It's been 20 days and the money hasn't been returned. The staff did not respond to my emails. Diluted for 1000 rubles, in general.
