Norway 9 days itinerary and costs

The story is here

Notes

  • If you buy tickets for two, then a group discount of 25% will be considered
  • A single ticket is bought from city to city. All buses and ferries will be waiting for you at the transfers.
  • Drinking tap water
  • They say it's easy to hitchhike
  • It seems like you can pitch your tent anywhere in the country.
  • For 9 days, we needed cash twice in coins of 20 crowns for luggage storage, and in Flå m we had to pay 120 crowns for storing two bags. Everything else is by card, including buses. If you plan to hike on the glacier, you will also need cash. Cash must be withdrawn from ATMs. Everything is complicated here with currency exchange.
  • We took a bed with us (a pillowcase, a sheet, a duvet cover and a towel), two of these sets saved us 50 euros on the trip. Bedding and towels are chargeable at the Campsites.
  • Some bus routes were canceled after 18 August. I understand that this was the end of the season.
  • Food

BreakfastMuesli with yogurt. Vermicelli or rice with sausages or sausage, tea, biscuits.

LunchWe ate sandwiches and a mixture of dried fruits and nuts. 400 grams of the mixture costs about 4 euros. We brought with us from Kyiv.

DinnerCooked by ourselves. Basically it was rice or vermicelli with sausages or semi-finished cutlets and cheese. Such a dinner cost about 5 euros for two.

    Camping Stryn (Stryn Camping )

    Camping Geiranger (Solhaug Camping)

    Alesund Camping(Volsdalen Camping )
