My husband and I love to travel around Europe. This was the second time in Amsterdam. Before the trip, we chose hotels for a long time, since the trip was about two weeks. We stayed in Amsterdam for 2 days. When booking, this hotel was initially declared as a four. When I entered the "room" I was shocked. The room is so small that it's cramped for two people. The condition is terrible. The carpet is very old and dirty (as if it had never been cleaned at all). But the MOST TERRIBLE is not even this, but the fact that, as it turned out, at night there live bugs in terrible quantities. The first night after the flight, they passed out and fell asleep, but on the second night I woke up at two in the morning from bites. I couldn't sleep anymore, of course. I wanted to pack everything and run away from there. These vile insects bit me completely (arms, legs, neck). The next day I had to go to Germany. From a terrible itch I hardly moved. In general, people really do not recommend this barn. Unless, of course, you want thrills. It is also surprising that very biased information was provided by the site where the hotel was booked. So write that this is not a kopeck piece, but a cheap rooming house. Although the room cost about 200 euros for 2 nights. The area, of course, where it is located is good, but this is the only good one. There is no Italian restaurant on the ground floor, there is a Chinese restaurant.
