As the sun rises, the birds begin to chirp. And when you go out onto the balcony, there is a feeling of complete unity with nature. Tiles on the floor and bins throughout the territory are washed with detergents. Room cleaning is also commendable. Towels are changed daily. Soap-ryrylny accessories are. The room has a coffee maker and coffee pods. The minibar is replenished as it gets empty. To avoid excessive humidity in the room, you need to turn on the air conditioner. For those who could read, they even specially wrote about it and put the message in a conspicuous place. The electricity in the room does not turn off when you leave it. And this is a big plus, the equipment can be charged around the clock, and not just at night. Wi-Fi only in the lobby bar and reception. The attendants are well-trained, fly like a fly. Food quality. For every taste. Lots of shrimp. 15 types of fresh juices in the morning: both vegetable and fruit. Champagne brut with freshly squeezed orange juice. A la carte restaurants have a strict dress code. Slates and shorts will not be allowed. Even in the main restaurant, men in T-shirts are not allowed. Politely asked to change. Everyone is helpful and responsive, quickly fulfilling any requests. There are no Russian speakers, they speak only English and Spanish. Very good kids club. From morning to evening, animator girls are spinning with children. Special thanks to them, the children are just delighted! The sea, of course, is not as turquoise as in Cancun. But there are no big waves thanks to the reefs. The sand is white, the beach strip is wide. The algae is removed by the tractor. And it’s not the attendants who shit on the beach, but cheap raspalschikov who have no idea about the culture of behavior. Bartenders are professionals in their field, will fulfill any whim. You just need to be able to explain what you want. Alcohol is of good quality. Everyone smiles, says hello, ask how you are. In general, the hotel has a general positive attitude. Very pleasant positive experience. If possible, I would love to go back there.
