The hotel is quite large, I mean not in terms of territory, but in terms of the number of rooms and guests living in it. In terms of area, it's just not big. And this discrepancy is very striking, and not only when you go to the beach or pool. You immediately understand the expression of a herring in a barrel. If you're not an early riser, it's hard to find a good spot both on the beach and by the pool. And all this despite the fact that the hotel was not completely filled.
Rooms:
The small ones are not particularly comfortable. But I was pleased with the bathroom. Large bright room, jacuzzi, shower, bidet, two sinks (I don't care, but I think that if two people are traveling, it's not bad). Good robes. But here is a set of cosmetics one for two. The refrigerator is replenished the same somehow strange. Water is put on a regular basis, but everything else - you say they will put it. If you don’t say it, they will forget it. The coffee is terrible. True, there is a small cafe, purely tea-coffee-buns and it opens conveniently at 6 in the morning, but sometimes I get up earlier and I don’t always want to run somewhere for coffee at 6 in the morning, so I advise you to take coffee with you.

The staff are all smiling and friendly and helpful. But for all that, they forgot to clean the room on the first day. But they came to make the bed. They gave me a program for the next day and two chocolates. That was the end of the bed, no more chocolates came, they just slipped the program under the door and hello...
The food is good, although it could be better. I didn’t go to evening restaurants, I was bored there, But my friends liked everything except Japanese - they say it’s not tasty, but the interior is not bad. But as they say you will not eat the interior. And the buffet is moderately varied and good. And as I said, the hotel was not completely filled with a lot of free rooms, and therefore the queues for restaurants were small, but when it is completely full, you have to queue for half an hour or more in restaurants.
But the bars are good. I didn't like the bar in the Lab in the evening, it resembles an anthill. And the best one is The Mix bar, where our Lithuanian guy Darius is fluent in 7 languages in the evening. Friendly affable and knows a bunch of cool cocktails.
And as I said earlier, the territory is a small kutsi beach, a swimming pool (large) and a lawn with several palm trees. Dull and boring.
There are almost no flowers, crows predominate among birds...
But! during the day there is a good entertainment program by the pool - yoga, dancing (if interesting personalities get drunk during your stay, then the dancing will be unforgettable), fashion show 2 times a week (this made me especially happy as a woman. ) in the evening a good show in the theater.
But strangely enough, this hotel is chosen very often for a wedding! ? there were weddings every day, or even two weddings in a day!? . I have been to many hotels in Mexico and have never seen so many weddings at once. Maybe because the hotel is small and there is nothing to do, everyone is spinning on one patch. But it was cool to see those weddings.
So if you want to have a good rest and relax, choose other hotels. I'll be glad to help and advise.
Price and quality do not match!
