Entry into the water is comfortable gradual. The staff are very attentive and try to help here the guest is always in the first place. True, sometimes they don’t understand what you want from them, but if you explain, they will do everything) There is a guy Denis speaks Russian and always helps with everything. Thank you very much for taking care of us. The area is great, very large and beautiful. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Huge amount of greenery. Swimming pools for every taste. Quite a lot of different living creatures run around on the territory (raccoons, lizards) Exotics are provided for you here! Great shows in the evenings. And two at a time in two amphitheatres. Everything is professional. There is enough entertainment both calmer and more active. Yoga, basketball, there is a dolphinarium. There is mini golf. Went to see the cenotes. Good selection of water activities. Food at a good level, there is everything for every taste. Shrimps, cheeses, a lot of meat. Lots of different fish. A la carte is very good. From Mexican I am delighted, but here it is already a matter of taste. Even visit at least a couple of excursions and do not sit in the hotel, we are going here again in the near future or in the winter it is to go on excursions.
