Why spoil your holiday experience with a bad view from the window and the lack of a balcony. The view was on the sea and it was worth it just to come here for the view and the beauty of the water. According to the number of claims, everything, as always, is very good in hardrocks. Excellent service from reception to beach service. Everyone is smiling and very friendly. Everyone is always trying to help and fulfill your request. Perhaps this is the most important advantage of this hotel. For an all inclusive stay, the service is excellent! The food is very decent, this applies to breakfast and a la carte restaurants. If it weren't necessary to record yet, it would be wonderful. Of all the favorite was the Zen restaurant. The beach is good but there were seaweed. The staff tries to clean them up quickly, but they are still there. There is nature here and there are no complaints about the hotel in this regard. It is very pleasant that you will be put where you need sunbeds and an umbrella will be installed. The beach is very clean. The entertainment team does an incredible job and maintains a very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. But all the same, they came because of the excursions, this was a priority. We ordered them even before departure, a friend advised us an excellent guide to whom they turn every time they are in Mexico. We decided to also turn to this person and did not lose. His name is Yuri Shchepkin, you can contact him through his VKontakte page, where you can easily find him by name. The person himself is from Russia and naturally nothing needs to be translated, everything will be in Russian. The organization of excursions is simply the highest class, we have never seen anything like this, despite the fact that the price for excursions is lower than if they were taken from a tour operator. He not only conducted the excursions we planned, but also told a lot about the country and even gave a lot of useful advice on how we can save money. We were very satisfied! We often returned to the hotel late, so the local entertainment of the hotel did not particularly worry us. In general, we spent wonderful days, got to know the country and got a wonderful hotel with excellent service. We are glad!

The hotel is a fairy tale, spacious rooms with a beautiful interior, everything is new, it works, they are cleaned 2 times a day, the staff is unobtrusive, it is almost imperceptible and inaudible, we never caught cleaning, you just come, and everything in the room shines and shines A huge number of restaurants, every day everything is new, varied, of course we didn’t try everything, it’s simply unrealistic, and somehow we couldn’t get up from the table)))) Fruits, seafood, king prawns, salad with salmon and red caviar , rolls, the most delicate squid, baked mussels, steaks, a la ginza format, a very beautiful serving, and of course desserts .

A huge number of restaurants, every day everything is new, varied, of course we didn’t try everything, it’s simply unrealistic, and somehow we couldn’t get up from the table)))) Fruits, seafood, king prawns, salad with salmon and red caviar , rolls, the most delicate squid, baked mussels, steaks, a la ginza format, a very beautiful serving, and of course desserts . . it seems to me that I ate sweets for life))) I have never eaten so many sweets, it was so delicious that I was ready to stay for the rest of my life just for the sake of multi-colored soufflé , ice cream, caramel with nuts, oh no, for everything! )))) I can’t write about food anymore, I remember and salivate, gourmets, feel free to go, you will not be dragged by the ears! )))
