The hotel has 7 restaurants - Steak house, Italian, French, Japanese, Mexican, fish restaurant and one large buffet restaurant. The buffet is open from early morning, from 6 o'clock, until the evening, until 22-23 o'clock, with several breaks per hour between breakfast, lunch, dinner. The range of dishes is very large and the food is very tasty, everything is always fresh, constantly replenished. The Japanese restaurant is open from 16-17 hours, also in buffet mode, but the choice, as well as the size of the restaurant, is small. Of course, it’s not very easy to call this cuisine Japanese, since we live in the Far East, and we have been to Japan, but nevertheless, they cook several types of rolls there and are quite edible : ) The rest of the restaurants work only for dinners, according to the a le carte system. It is necessary to book a table for dinner in advance, in the morning or in the evening, call by phone, inform when and in which restaurant you want to reserve a table, as well as for what time and for how many people. The restaurants are still free of charge, the only thing if you want to order wine or champagne, it will be for an additional fee, which will be written to your account and paid upon departure from the hotel. Also at night there is a small snack bar in the lobby of the main building. There is also 24 hour room service. As for the bars, there are 4-5 of them, including those near the pool. By the way, near the pool, every day in the afternoon they rolled out food stands and a stove, and the cook prepared some interesting dish, and after everyone was invited to eat. The staff is smiling and friendly, it's clear that it's their job to be like that, but nevertheless, unfortunately, you often meet the exact opposite attitude.
We lived in the second building, in the Crown Club room. This building is for adults only. In the room we had an ironing board and iron, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a safe, a huge bed and a jacuzzi. You can take your clothes to the laundry.
For those who live in the Crown Club rooms, a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit as a gift upon arrival, as well as access to the lounge on the 8th floor. In the morning there are American breakfasts, a calm atmosphere and a stunning view. In the evening there is a bar where you can sit and drink cocktails. You can also access the Internet on your computer for free. Wifi on the territory of the hotel is paid and not cheap.
All rooms in oceanview hotel. The beach is good, again well-groomed, cleaned every morning. In principle, there are enough sunbeds, it has never been that they could not find a free sunbed. The ocean is beautiful. The only thing is that there are always waves. There are lifeguards on the beach.
On the territory of the hotel you can buy tickets for any excursions, as well as in the lobby of our building you can rent a car, Russian rights are suitable for this without any problems. The hotel is quite far from the center of the Hotel Zone, from shopping centers and bars, but buses run around the clock along the spit and you can get to any place of entertainment on them, so this was not a problem for us.
I can safely put 100 points to the hotel, and if we ever get together again in Cancun, we will definitely go to the Crown Paradise Club !! !
