This Hotel was far from being as good as the reviews say! We talked with a girl who was here for the second time, we found out that everything got worse with the new owner!
Previously, this hotel was run by the owner's brother, who always maintained order and hospitality. Now the owner Adil has brought some negativity. We got there when they have Ramadan (they don’t eat at all during the day, they go hungry and angry) - that’s why the rooms were not cleaned every day, and the towels were changed only upon request. Rooms cannot be left open - huge spiders crawl in! Ants are also on food leftovers. At night, someone runs on the roof ...
On the plus side, the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was monotonous: tea, coffee, scrambled eggs, sometimes pancakes or pancakes, pita bread and a national dish with tuna. At the same time, those who took meals with dinner remained dissatisfied.
To the sea 10 minutes walk. Bicycles are paid - $ 5.
Fins/masks are free, but all old, torn and women's fin sizes - one pair for all! Lined up for them!
Wifi is terrible! Constantly took off and nothing was loaded! So all the residents in this building (where breakfast is). My relatives even peppered me - for two days I could not get in touch!
However, the worst thing about this hotel is the tours! On the second day, we agreed to go on a manta and shark excursion (two in one). I had a dream to see manta rays. We were told by Katya, the Russian-speaking assistant of the owner, that we would see manta rays and sharks near a beautiful reef and showed beautiful photos. And if we do not see manta rays and sharks, then we are being taken again. For one person - $50, and we had three girlfriends - $150. We went on an excursion with other vacationers and ended up on an abandoned resort island where there was a reef, but there were no sharks and manta rays! Then we were taken to the island of Razdu.
The owner of the hotel, Adil, fed the nannies' sharks at the pier, and they swam up to our boat. But the water at the pier was very dirty, muddy. Was floating garbage, bottles and no one wanted to swim in this mud. As a result, we did not see what was promised, because we were shown photos before the excursion with the open sea.
The second time we were taken a day later, just around the island - of course, there were no manta rays or sharks there!
We agreed in front of other vacationers that we would give only $ 100 for gasoline for three (we didn’t see anything promised! ) And the owner agreed. But then, without strangers - he began to demand from us the full amount for excursions!
He even began to threaten us when we did not want to pay extra $ 50 - that he would not take us to the boat with things at the end of the tour! There is a correspondence with him - I can send screenshots with his threats.
In general, I would not recommend taking excursions from this host. His threats ruined the last two days of vacation!
