Rested: 2 adults + child 10 years old. June 2012. We chose the Beach Villa and the Basic All Inclusive system. We booked everything ourselves without travel agencies. Everything is great. Negative reviews are just confusing. The service is excellent. There is enough entertainment both during the day (snorkeling, windsurfing, banana-type water attractions, etc. , excellent beach, 2 swimming pools, kids club), and in the evening (several restaurants, bars, live music, disco). In one of the bars, sports programs are broadcast (we just had a rest during Euro 2012). On one side of the island there is a lagoon - there is a wonderful beach, on the other - a reef where you can dive with a mask. Fish, sharks, rays. Surprisingly, not the most expensive Beach Villas are located in the best place on the island, just on the side of the lagoon, literally a step away from the shore. The rooms are clean, cleaning 2 a day. When choosing a meal plan, I advise you to take exactly Basic All inclusive - a wide selection of drinks, 2 excursions (one - to a neighboring island, where you can and should buy souvenirs (cheaper than in the resort and in Male), the second - an evening boat trip during sunset) , also equipment for snorkeling and windsurfing. I recommend taking a mosquito spray with you - there are few of them, but if you have an allergy (like, for example, I have) - this is a real need, Gardex's spray just saved me. In general - everything is super!! ! On the way back we stopped in Male - we wanted to explore the capital. This turned out to be a waste of time.
