Let's not confuse Turkey and Montenegro. and to each his own - for some discach and schnapps, and for others - impressions of the country, culture and nature. If you want aerobatics, prepare other money. There are enough offers in Montenegro. Sutomore itself is not a prestigious city. There are comments to the municipal beaches. this is the problem of many public places, including in Russian resorts. The road goes through the town - it's a small town, but nothing personally bothered me. there is a railway - you may not even know about its existence, it is quiet, like an aeroexpress and is deeply closed by a forest. So I wish you all a pleasant holiday. Save money for overnight stay, and do not spare them on excursions for such a wonderful country!

As for the hotel, we managed to see a lot here, I think IZVOR is the best. Even the expensive SATO hotel, which is located nearby, is not so cozy. The hotel is built on a spring. The water is clean, even from the tap. The hotel itself is in a nautical style. Even the waiters, as it seemed to me and my daughter, as if they had just left the ship))).
The food is pretty good too! Portions are huge. Learn it))). We almost always took one portion and divided it in half so as not to leave.
The rooms have antique furniture. The bathroom is clean. The view from the balcony is amazing, but be aware that not all rooms face the sea. The rooms have air conditioning, but we didn't turn it on. Just opened the balcony and the door slightly. At night just slept with an open balcony.
The road does not interfere at all, the disco starts at 10.00 and until 2.00, but this did not bother us at all, because. we got enough sleep at lunch, and in the evening we sat on the Internet. By the way, the Internet here is free and quite frisky. The beach is clean, especially in the morning. During the day, of course, dishonorable tourists throw garbage, but it is cleaned regularly. The water is turquoise and very warm. In general, we did not find any shortcomings. We'll be back, I think, next year.

Firstly: how did this place suddenly have some stars?? ? Four stars suggest some standards that are not here and cannot be in principle !! ! For all eight days of stay, they NEVER changed the bed !! ! Water at the reception offered to drink from the tap. The food, without choice, is just awful: for breakfast, an egg, bread, three slices of doctor's sausage and a quarter of a tomato. Drink tea from a common teapot, or powdered milk. For dinner, some kind of steak or chicken leg with raw cabbage and onions. . .
This is not a hotel, but a villa, which stands on the main coastal road (the distance to the road is 5 meters !!! ), there is a flow of vehicles around it around the clock, and a railway passes behind it. On the other side (15 meters) is the embankment, on which there are local eateries (this is not a cafe) and discos. The primitiveness of these establishments is simply shocking. Further sand and pebble, supposedly municipal!! ! Beach. Its width is from 5 to 20 meters and its length is about 1200 meters. Of these 1200 meters, only 200 meters are free, everything else is made up of plastic sun loungers costing 10 euros per pair with an umbrella. There is NO ONE TOILET on the whole beach!! ! All storm sewer from the streets of this town flows directly onto the beach into the sea !! ! You can guess about the purity of the water in the sea. . . At 20.00 on the embankment, a continuous disco begins, which ends at 02.00. A restful sleep is out of the question even with tightly closed windows.
Conclusion: I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! !

The room has air conditioning, an old TV (4 local channels in terrible quality) and a refrigerator that stands near the bed and buzzes a lot, the hot water boiler is turned off during the day. On the one hand, the room overlooks a busy road (5 meters to it) on the other side (sea view) 15 meters of the embankment, which houses cafes and shops. In the evening, at 20.00, a disco begins in five cafes in a row. The noise goes off scale as they all try to shout each other down. Everything ends at 02.00. Attempts to contact the News Travel tour operator and resolve the issue of relocation to another hotel or departure to Ukraine in the near future did not bring any results !! ! In short: if someone wants to go back in time to the Crimea in the 90s of the last century, then you will definitely like this place! The cost of the tour is 1300 Euro for 7 nights. No stars can turn this place even into a hotel. . . This is a real ASS. . .
