We spent a week at this villa. Rafailovici is a wonderful place, the villa also turned out to be better than we expected.
There are only two negatives - VERY small rooms (two people can't fit between the bed and the walls), no shared kitchen (but there are glasses, cups and a kettle in the rooms). Also, not all standards with balconies, that is, they paid for rooms at the same price, but we had a balcony, friends did not.
There are a lot of pluses - the location (15 m to the beach, restaurants and all entertainment), pleasant hosts, a chic transparent panoramic elevator, cleanliness everywhere.
Nearby there is a pharmacy, shops, car rental.
