They brought us to the reception of the Ponta Nova hotel, gave us the key to room 400 (an ordinary key, not a card, for some reason with the emblem of the Obala hotel), and took us through intricate passages, went down the elevator and went up the stairs to another building))
The building of the Ponta apartments turned out to be the one with the inscription MONACO. There is no lift. In fact, the room is located on the 6th floor, but climb the stairs to the 4th.
On the way to the room, we noticed that almost all the entrance doors are different. From which they concluded that most of the apartments were sold to private individuals.
Opening the old front door, got into the hallway. It is empty - no shelves, no hooks, no hangers. Opposite the entrance is the door to the bathroom.
To the right of the entrance hall is a living room with a kitchen area and a balcony overlooking the sea (perhaps the main plus of this room is the view! ). On the balcony there is a round glass table and four wicker chairs. A canopy over the balcony is provided, but does not work (it does not open, it is folded and screwed with wire). In the living room: air conditioning (they didn’t turn it on, but it drained into 5 liter bottles on the balcony))), a sofa, a TV hangs on the wall, an old bedside table, a table and 4 chairs under it. In the kitchen corner: a full-fledged refrigerator, a 2-burner electric stove, a kettle, a sink, dishes. There were enough dishes, but again there was nowhere to put them after washing - there was no dryer. There is no plug next to the kettle. To boil it, you need to rearrange it next to the sink. Yes, there is a socket next to the sink))
To the left of the hallway are two bedrooms. They have two old-fashioned side-by-side beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a type of dressing table. We had a mirror, the children had a mirror in the closet, and instead of it there were holes in the wall)). Both bedrooms have access to one balcony overlooking the courtyard. There was a dryer on this horse. The bedrooms are shady. White furniture. The bed and towels are also white, clean, but not snow-white.
The most unpleasant thing in these apartments is the bathroom. . . The plumbing is old. The shower is tight. No shelves.
Also in the room was an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, safe - everything worked.
There were 4 extra pillows and a heater in the closet.
In the living room I caught wi-fi of the Monaco hotel, in the bedrooms - aura apartment. The password is not tricky - they picked it up themselves.
The floor is tiled throughout, the walls are light. The windows have horizontal blinds.
