The hotel is well located on the edge of Rafailovici. To a decent beach, walk 5-10 minutes along the promenade and through the tunnel. Two sunbeds and an umbrella cost 12 Euros, but you can bring your own umbrella. You can swim even closer, almost in front of the hotel. The sea is very clean.
The room is tastefully decorated with new furniture. There are all the promised amenities, including an iron and ironing board. The air conditioner worked quietly and flawlessly. Large balcony with great sea view, dryer, table, chairs and umbrella.
The breakfast is decent. Nearby there are many restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner for 10-15 Euro per person. Everywhere there is a menu in Russian, in which there are many seafood dishes.
Cleaning daily with change of towels. The people are friendly and many speak Russian.
