1. The room is clean, there is no mold in the shower, the furniture is not old, the condition of the furniture is good. Air conditioner worked great. There is an electric kettle, a refrigerator. Balcony - there is a large one. Lived in room number 12. There was no hair dryer, but the hair only gets better from it. Room without a kitchen. The room is comfortable and in the afternoon to sleep, quiet and peaceful. There is no noisy road or a restaurant with live music under the windows! For 12 days - 1 time changed the bed and towel, swept and took out May's garbage - daily.
2. Villa - 4 floors, about 17 rooms in total. Condition is clean and new. There is not much territory, so the path grows a couple of figs and olives. For villas, this is normal. The hostess of the villa, Maya, made us pleased when she did not check in after 10:00, as it should be in the villas, but immediately took us to the room at 08:00 in the morning. And a big thank you to her. that we did not stick out under the villa with suitcases.
The villa is inhabited only by residents of Ukraine and Russia.
3. Location - excellent. To the sea up to 5 minutes. But 5 minutes is to the sandy beach, and it is dirty. The most beautiful and cleanest pebble beach is 12-15 minutes on foot. A fruit shop is under the villa, and the prices in it are normal for everything. The shop has water, fruits, ice cream, vegetables.
4. Beach. We did not like the beach, which is very close to the villa. It was sandy and the water in it was dirty (not the same, of course, as in Budva), but the pebble beach, which is beyond Monaco (restaurant) is super. Water all 12 days on this beach was clean. The beach is the most picturesque, it is near the rocks and therefore you feel very comfortable and protected.
5. Infrastructure and food in Rafailovici. There are up to 10 restaurants, but in fact "restaurants" - only 1 or 2. We were in 4 restaurants and we did not like anywhere, the check was 25-27 euros - and it was bullshit (We are not critics, but as a wife khokhlushka - I always cook and try to do it perfectly. And I will say this, they are very far from my Bolognese pasta and just as far from risotto and many other things. In terms of portions, I did not notice that they are large, such as in Spain or Italy. From the villa to the bus stop is closer even than to the beach.
In general, for a holiday in a villa (12 days) - it was the most luxurious offer both in terms of price and location and comfort of the room.
