The villa was chosen because of the location. I wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday. This is not the first time in Montenegro and we already know what and how. The agency warned that the villa is new, the rooms are small and there are not enough reviews yet. But we dared to go, everything looked beautiful in the photo.
The villa is located in the village of Buljarica, 1.5 km from the town of Petrovac.
First about the pros. To the sea on foot 7 min. Nearby is Villa Armenko with a swimming pool and a grill area and you can use them. By the way, the owner of these two villas is the same.
Villa Ponta Buljarica looks very dignified. With a claim on the hotel. There is a spacious bright hall, the reception where no one really works, everything is new and clean. Given that the villa is brand new, this is not surprising. Half of the rooms overlook the sea, half - the mountains.
And now for the cons. The first thing that was stated upon arrival was to be quiet. Like a quiet rest, many vacationers with children, etc. etc. You can not talk about this for half an hour, those who came to this area have probably already chosen this type of vacation for themselves in advance. The following is information about what not to do in the room:
- cook fish and meat (well, that's understandable)
- The air conditioner can be turned on, but the temperature cannot be changed. What the hell is this all about?? ? In fact, it turned out that the set temperature was 24 degrees. And if in the rooms on the sunny side this is not enough during the day to cool the room, then in the rooms with mountain views where the sun appears only at 6 pm, on the contrary, there is a lot of it. Our company lived in both rooms. And instead of a comfortable rest after the beach in the room, you now and then do what you turn on / off this air conditioner. Because you can't set a comfortable temperature.
- regarding the pool. You can use from 10-00 to 19-00. But in no case do not go into the water after smearing with any kind of cream. Because water treatment is expensive. That is, every time before swimming in the pool, wash off everything from yourself...
- The rooms are really small. There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils and a kettle. Again, everything is new and clean. But the rooms are simply stupidly furnished, and very minimal. Two beds, and if the number is +1, then another sofa-chair. And there isn't much room at all. For two people, not to mention a child, there are only 2 bedside tables and 1 small wardrobe with 5 hangers. And that's all....No table, no chair, no ottoman, well, especially no dressing table. There is simply nowhere to put things. And the presence of a large TV on the wall does not compensate for the lack of furniture))
- the toilet is very inconveniently located in the bathroom, between the shower stall and the wall. There is a hair dryer. There is no shelf near the mirror in the bathroom, there is only a bedside table. But it is not very convenient to get everything you need out of it every time, in addition, there is also a sewer on the top shelf. There is no soap dish on the sink, although the soap in the room was "branded".
- the balcony is large enough, a table and two chairs. But as it turned out, it was impossible to take out / take out a chair from the balcony. The doorway is smaller than a chair....the opening is basically small, you go to the balcony almost sideways. That is, four of you can forget about gatherings on the balcony, there is nothing for the network.
- housekeeping is just something with something. It seems to pass every day, but not a fact. The maid may not come to you just and that's it. For example, our garbage was not taken out for two days. And in the room there is a kitchen, food is being prepared, there is, accordingly, waste and it does not always smell very pleasant. We are not proud, we would have taken it out ourselves, but there are no garbage cans. We asked the hotel guide what the problem was, it turned out that from 13-00 to 16-00 quiet hours at the hotel. Is this a children's camp or boarding house? Quiet time!!!! ! And if the maid came to clean up at this time of the quiet hour, then she simply might not go into the room so as not to disturb our sweet dream. But we were never in the room during the day! With grief in half after the remark, they began to take out the garbage every day. Room cleaning was 3 times in 12 days of stay. But the bed linen was changed every 4 days, no questions asked here.
In general, the impressions remained frankly so-so.
