In general, everything seems to be not bad, but they are still far from “good”. Indeed, it is not far to go to the sea, the rise from the sea is gentle and not difficult even for an adult. From our window we could see the sea and generally had a pleasant view.
Fortunately, we are experienced travelers, so we always carry all bath accessories, hair dryer and towels with us. But apparently I should have taken more pillows and sheets with me - because the pillows were hard as a brick, and the sheets were child-sized. Well, one shampoo and one shower cap for two for the entire period of rest just smiled at us))) P. S. The situation in the bathroom is a different story.
According to the reviews of our neighbors in the Villa, with whom we drove in and out together, they had not yet lived in such "sheds")))) But they were more fortunate - they did not have breakfast.

Of course, it is very pleasant to have breakfast on your balcony overlooking the sea. But eggs, sausages and cheese, in all possible cases, eating 7 days in a row is a dubious pleasure. Perhaps we would not have made a special emphasis on this if not for our last breakfast, when they brought us suspiciously fresh hard-boiled eggs, unpeeled sausages, hard bread and not fresh butter...
The staff, it seems, is friendly and pleasant - they always tried to fulfill requests, they were very worried when the safe with all our documents jammed in us and for two days they tried to break it themselves. But, apparently, they have too much work and responsibilities assigned to them that they simply cannot cope with. And the owners of the Villa, who are already aged, apparently do not care about broken keys in the bathroom, broken safes and other household inconveniences.
