Because you go down to the sea in the morning cool and light, and go uphill in the afternoon and, for example, with bags from the supermarket. By local standards, the beach is far away, by Moscow standards it is not significant. However, there are places in Petrovac with a big uphill and more remote from the beach. But the upper rooms (two kopeck piece as far as I understand) have a great view of the sea and the church. And a large balcony where you can put a table and chairs and drink coffee while looking at the sea.
The description of the villa states that it is close to the bus station. It should be understood literally: the bus station will be under the windows of the villa. With all the consequences: puffing and parked buses. This, of course, is not a bus station in Moscow, but a couple of buses will be constantly present and will periodically sip diesel fuel through the window, and opponents of air conditioners and lovers of breathing through an open window will have a hard time at night: a mass exodus of buses and taxis from Petrovac is just closer to midnight. Also, right outside the fence of the villa there is a road leading to Petrovac. Also, of course, not the Moscow Ring Road, but local drivers love to beep to their brother-in-law at the wheel. Therefore, there is a lot of sound from the road. But if you live, for example, in the center of Moscow, or near the highway, it will seem to you that you are in silence. Especially if you open the double-glazed window of the balcony and you will cool the air through the air conditioner.

Cleaning relies on daily garbage removal, bed linen change - once a week, then, after a week, I saw the servants with a mop and toilet products, from which I concluded that cleaning was once a week. Cleaned carelessly, but the room has a brush and a dustpan, so there will be something to sweep the pebbles after the beach. You can buy a floor rag at a local supermarket and do a wet cleaning. Change of towels - 2 times a week. The owners were not seen in the villa. The woman who serviced the villa is a little strange - sometimes she forgot to take out the garbage, then when she saw that we were taking it out ourselves, she tried to explain in broken language that it was not necessary to do this, she would do it herself. But it’s better not to keep garbage in the room for a long time, otherwise the ants will get into the habit of “dining”. This is the south, there are nimble insects. : ) The woman did not speak either English or Russian and kept trying to slip away as soon as you pester her with questions. It was especially "cool" during the accommodation - she opened the room for us, while we looked around, she was no longer to be seen. And no one around, the rooms are quiet, the street is deserted, the evening, where to eat here, where to buy something, there is no one to ask. But when I did catch her in the courtyard, she not only explained to me where the supermarket was, but also took me there and helped me carry the bags. In general, the main thing was to catch her. However, maybe next year the owners will have other servants and this info will not be relevant. There was no hair dryer or iron in the villa, although in many villas they provide ironing boards, irons and hair dryers for money, so take everything with you.
