The check-in at the hotel is very good, the room is on the second floor with a small balcony, everything is very clean, tidy, new furniture. The kitchen is small without a microwave, but there is an electric stove. Pots, cups, not a lot of everything you need is there.
There is no territory in the hotel as such, this villa is a separate building, those who rest on the first floors, mostly with Russians with children, have a terrace instead of a balcony.

Accuracy, everything you need, eviction from the hotel. Since we had a check-out at 16:00, and according to the rules in Montenegro, they are evicted at 12:00. We asked the hostess to check out at 16:00 and she allowed it. In large hotels there is no such privilege. At 12:00, then at 12:00, and if you pay later.
The people are very nice, friendly, not in a hurry. Always cheerful, even when bargaining with a Montenegrin "happily bargaining, joking" and once such an unpleasant girl was bargained that we were surprised how she turned out to be Russian.
Didn't like it: when someone washes in the next shower, you can hear very well that he is washing, the noise isolation is poor. But it didn't bother us.
Petrovac itself is very quiet, calm and small. We went on an excursion to Kotor, we recommend, Budva, Bar, and there are many other excursions at will. In Petrovac there are two islets on one of them we recommend kings. The nature is very beautiful, the beaches are located in coves with lots of greenery.
We took without food. Hodoli in the restaurant Podgorica 5 euros. We ordered sausages. And they brought us sausages, in addition salad, french fries. A very large portion, if for two girls one dish is enough, but for two men it is not enough. I recommend the cheeses are very tasty and not expensive.
Beach: It takes 10-15 minutes to go to the famous Luchica beach through the forest, it is very pleasant and since we were at the end of the season, the beaches were free, but if it is in season you can hardly find a place to lie down and sunbathe. Another beach is the usual 5 min. at least. But mostly they swam on Luchitsa. The water in the sea is clean, transparent, it was 23 degrees. Swimming is good, but not hot. If it wasn't for the sun, it could be cool. As for us, the most ideal time in Montenegro is the end of the season: there are few people, the beaches are free, prices are falling on everything.
The hotel is ~8 min walk from the beach. The same distance to the nearby market.
The rooms are very clean and tidy, a wide bed, a small kitchenette with an electric stove, a washbasin. All necessary utensils are present. Those few photos that were on the Internet correspond to reality (it even seemed to me better than I expected)
Clean shower, water does not stagnate in it (shampoo and soap were present upon arrival by default).
The room was cleaned every day when there was no one in the room (~12.00 in the afternoon - at that time we were still on the beach or on excursions), the floor was washed and it was always clean upon arrival). All towels were changed every 3 days.
Cable TV with a bunch of channels is present. WiFi with high speed.
Mega kind hotel, I didn’t even find any minuses in it, if we compare the declared level and the expectation.
