Attention! When leaving, get ready, you will drag your suitcase yourself to the bus stop, no one will pick you up! Here is a transfer. “If it doesn’t fit, then get on your own, with us all the guests carry their suitcases themselves to the stop, ” said Alena, a representative of the Join up tour operator. This is not the first time we travel and we have not seen such a "transfer" yet (sadness).

We were met by a very nice woman, she showed us everything in the room, and how to use the safe, how the safe opens and closes with a key. The room is decent, the Wi-Fi is excellent, the balcony is hefty with access to two rooms. Everything is there: plates (decent), 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 cups, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hair dryer and even an iron. Everything worked fine, but ...the shower, as they wrote here, is a separate story, the water did not leave even with a small pressure of water, and the water spread throughout the bathroom. Attention!!
there is also a rubber squeegee, in order to drive the water down the drain. It's just brilliant! But we were, in general, ready for this, as we had read reviews about this problem and simply did not worry about it.

Everything else is great. Vacation was a success! By the way, the towels were changed on the 3rd day, toilet paper at our request, they gave more, so everything is in your hands.

We went to dinner at Restoran Taverna Komovi, located nearby, inexpensive, large portions. We were greeted and seen off with a smile. Recommended! In general, you can eat delicious food everywhere.

Sea. It is easy to walk in the morning (20 minutes), not hot, we recommend Mogren Beach 1, clean, sand and the beauty around is indescribable. But at lunch, well, it’s very hot, they ate their legs. The sea is clean and warm.

Now we are in this villa. Everything is normal here and the room is clean and the towels are changed, yes, after 3 days, and cleaned after 5 days. Wi-Fi on viber video call does not stop. We went to have somewhere to sleep and rest, and it suited us. More beach time and excursions. And in order for everything to be very well, you need to take expensive housing, but even there there are many shortcomings, I think. For this price, we're going for it. Cleaning lady, she is a cleaning lady, what should I ask her? We have a representative tour operator Alena, we had a meeting with her and we solve all issues with her, we have her viber and thanks to her.

I want to say right away that the renovation is good, fresh, the room is nice. But there were a lot of shortcomings that affected my assessment.
Upon arrival, we were met by a cleaning lady who does not speak either Russian or English. With grief in half, she showed us our room and TAKEN OUR PASSPORTS. Nobody warned us about this. It so happened that the next day we went for a walk on a yacht for two days, respectively, we really needed passports, but no one returned them, not to mention that you can’t buy a local SIM card without passport data. With grief in half, we were able to achieve what we were promised to bring out early in the morning, but the question of why it was impossible to just take a picture of them, or return them after 1-2 hours, remained open.
Wi-fi works fine, but sometimes it happened that in the evenings it was terribly stupid.
We had one veranda for two rooms. By the way, it is very dirty there, and getting into the second room through the entrance to the veranda is VERY easy. So you can't leave anything of value in the room.
Bed linen was changed once in 10 days, they wrote about it at the entrance.
Hot water runs out very quickly, hardly enough for one person, and while it's hot there is no problem, but we caught three days of rain and weather ~ 20•, it was unpleasant.
Be prepared for the fact that no one will throw out your trash and bring toilet paper, we bought it ourselves. For 10 days, 1.5 rolls seems to me not enough.
The only thing that the cleaning lady did for us was to change the towels twice, the linen once. This is where their functions are limited.
By the way, for the first five days we had an absolutely smelly bedspread with which we supposedly had to make a bed (it was simply unrealistic to do this because of the smell).
Well, at the end of the holiday, another surprise awaited us - check-out at 10:00, late - a fine of 100 €. There is no reception, wait with your suitcases wherever you want. We had to go to a cafe and hang around for three hours before the transfer.

Pros : - Great location! The area is calm! Quiet at night after 23:00. This is a residential building in which apartments are rented. - Directly calmly 15-20 minutes to the Old Town and the sea. - Room 6 has its own large balcony, freshly renovated (small refrigerator, TV set, sofa, bed, air conditioner, boiler, safe).
Minuses :
- The cleaner she settled us (since there is no reception), took our passports! Why is not clear! I returned it only a day later, and then, after a reminder!
- The drain does not work well in the shower (apparently the drain was made incorrectly).
- For 7 days they never cleaned, towels were changed once.
- We bought paper ourselves, garbage bags too (since we carried it out ourselves).
In general, price-quality for not fussy!
Tip: lower the blinds on the windows at midnight during the day, it will be cooler in the room in the evening!

Cheese, jamon, wine at the market! If you go all the time straight from the apartments 15 min. It is better to buy fruits like figs somewhere along the sea or paths (it is more expensive at the bazaar).
Super markets have it all
You can buy norms of fish and they will cook it for you right next to the market!
Tours are awesome! The old town and the beaches are unforgettable!

Have a nice holiday!

- far from the sea, crawling up the hill for 20 minutes in the heat is tiring
-from the kitchen there is only a refrigerator, two plates, two forks and a kettle, although the photo showed a kitchenette with a sink, stove and other things.
-wifi really intermittent
- in 10 days the towels were changed twice and the bed once
- there is no reception, a cleaning lady who did not speak Russian settled and evicted us.
- fresh renovation, furniture and bed linen correspond to the photo. Actually, the house itself is rather just a residential new building, which the craftsmen operate as a hotel.
-We lived on the first floor, in room number 6 "Suite", it was distinguished by a huge balcony, the size of the room itself, and the presence of a safe (our neighbors did not have one). But this did not alleviate my disappointment with the lack of a kitchen.
-there is no territory in front of the house, just as there are no shops, not to mention the pool and sunbeds and a transfer to the sea))) But there are parking spaces for cars and a two-story sports complex.
-resolve issues (not working boiler, Wi-Fi, safe, had to be on the phone, directly with the owner. In fairness, I note that he reacted promptly and positively
- Separately, I note the troubles with the drain in the shower. As I already wrote, the renovation is fresh, but it was probably done by Moldovans). The slope is not made correctly, in the shower cabin the sash does not close, so the water is ankle-deep. To our complaints on the first day, the cleaning lady brought us an extra towel, and the owner, a mop!!!!
- not a single Russian channel on TV, but this is compensated by the dominance of compatriots
- Total, a hotel for young people, or for optimists with a car)

The previous, very informative and truthful response from a man from Kharkov prompted me to buy a tour to this particular place. And I didn't regret it.
The tour was bought 2 days before the trip to Join Up! , last week of July 2018. Links on the tour operator's website
https://joinup. en/hotel/villa-bozovic-vlado/
The apartments are located in a 5-storey new building. People live here permanently, and many apartments are rented to tourists. Our owner, Vlada Bozovich, has 6 apartments here. I will talk about "app 04-2 Bed Room Lux" - that's what the tour operator calls them.
We were 3 adults + 1 child. We flew to Tivat, we were met at the airport, put on a big bus and taken to Budva. Here we were transferred to a small bus and brought to our Villa Vlado Bozovic. All this was fast and comfortable.
We were met by a woman, a Serbian, Ukrainian understands a little, just like we Serbian. We saw her 2 times in all the time.
The apartment is an ordinary three-room apartment No. 20 on the 3rd floor (in them it is considered as the second), I think 65 meters of the total area with a balcony. Two bedrooms: one has 2 beds + a wardrobe, the second one has one large bed + a wardrobe, a living room with a kitchen + a large beautiful sofa bed. LCD TV, somewhere around 40-42 inches, there are HDMI inputs, you can watch movies from a flash drive. The channels are local, I found a couple of Russians, ours are not. In the large room, the air conditioner is powerful and works well. Balcony table and 4 chairs, enough space to sit in the evening. The floor is natural parquet, it's nice to walk a tramp. The kitchen is small, high table + 4 chairs, electric stove 2 burners, dishes, mugs, 1 pot, 1 frying pan. Shower, washbasin, toilet bowl, boiler for 80-100 liters (we had enough at close range). On the windows - metal blinds from the outside + roller shutters from the inside. The beds, mattresses, pillows are very good, the bedding is clean, the repair is new. From the windows there is a view of the mountains, the city and the roofs of houses, it is good that the third floor.
You can even see the sea from the balcony.
Internet-only Wi-Fi, AP in the apartment, 40 Mbps download, 5- per exit. The signal is strong, no issues.

Location: a bit out of the center, which is a "+" I think. It's quiet here at night. Near this house there is a large gym, music plays there until 22:00, but it does not interfere. To the nearest Slavic beach, to the water, 900.15 meters on foot. We went to Mogren beach (to its farthest part), there is a very clean sea, small pebbles, like sand. To this place 2.3 km, or 30 minutes on foot. This year on all beaches there are 2 sun loungers + 1 umbrella - 15 euros per day. You could take a seat for free, on your towel, but you need to be on the beach before 9-00.

At the expense of eating: there are many restaurants, their prices are about the same - 10-12 euros per person with meat and a glass of wine, and 15-20 with fish. We were looking for a cheaper one, and found it near Restoran Taverna Komovi, it's on the Google map.
Everything here is simple, but inexpensive, mostly locals, there are few free places, there are breakfasts and set meals. The villa has several small supermarkets selling everything you need.

Findings:
apartments - 9 out of 10
location - 7 out of 10
infrastructure – . 8 out of 10.
Sea - 10 out of 10

Advantages: good apartments, soundproofing, good beds, appliances, internet, air conditioning.

Cons: Lack of washing machine and microwave. Another minus - they practically didn’t clean it, they didn’t change the bed, towels - every three days (although everything is written about this in the contract).

In general, we are satisfied.

Who does not master the text - read the last paragraph.
We bought a tour in Joinup and wanted a room with a normal renovation, an adequate location from the sea and Wi-Fi (needed for work). There was also a requirement not the first and not the last floor. The choice fell on Vlado Bozhevich. We traveled from August 20-27.
We took off from Kharkov almost on time, on the plane we were given a good sandwich and tea / water to choose from. Upon arrival in Tivat, at the exit from the airport, it is impossible not to notice the girls meeting the joinup (stood with a sign and called). We were put on a rather comfortable bus and taken to Budva. In Budva, we were dropped off at one of the stops along with a representative of Pilon (Galina, who was in charge of Vlado Bozhevich and Villa Lux) and after a couple of minutes we were met by a rather comfortable minibus. Then they brought us right under the threshold and the maid met us. She showed where the number was and when we entered and began to examine the number, she disappeared safely. We ordered a suite (A class) with a balcony and a suitable bed. The photos of the room corresponded to those on the site (in fact, they were). I got room 4 with a hefty king-size bed, TV, wardrobe, well-renovated bathroom, balcony with a safe (a separate story about it), a dressing table and a couple of small but cozy armchairs. Also in the room of electronics was a mini-fridge, iron and microtea.
And here the first nuances began:
- Floors. They strongly requested not the last and especially not the first. Settled in the first....Buying a tour, you will not know where you will be settled.
- Safe. The safe was just locked. They didn't leave a code or a key. Several days I tried to get a key through a representative (I tried to go up to look for a room where the maid was sitting - but it didn’t turn out to be like that: the garage was downstairs, and the rooms were upstairs. ) Only on the third day the maid burst into our room without warning and immediately wanted to leave in the cold! I asked to linger and give either the code to the safe or the key. Poklatsat it a little, we listened to the alarm for 3-4 minutes. Then she asked if she could bear it or not until the evening (he said yes) and left. Naturally, no one came and left nothing. A day later, upon arrival from the tour, a simple open safe was discovered: there was no key, no code was left. They didn’t even think of writing on paper... I realized that the idea was useless. Although by and large it is not needed - the money was left in a shukhlyadka. Passports, money and phones were taken to the beach. Everything is in place. Passports, by the way, everyone must have with them. It doesn’t matter if you are on the beach or walking around the city in the evening. They can accept and ride in a cage on wheels; ) I witnessed when some Arabs were loaded like that.
- sheets. Upon arrival, crumpled towels and crumpled bedding were waiting for us on the bed (although it turned out to be washed). To my surprise, it turned out that instead of one double sheet, we were given TWO ONE-and-a-half sheets. On the first day we laid and went to explore the city. In the evening, it was written to our contact Galina that, as it were, there was such a moment, to which she, without hesitation, said that if there is a bedspread in the closet, and that in Montenegro it is customary to sleep instead of a sheet on the bedspread, that it is so accepted there (just total nonsense) and here the concepts are slightly different. After this, I got wildly burned, but restraining myself, I culturally expressed dissatisfaction and only on the THIRD day we were given a normal set (and even the towels were not changed).
- cleaning. And it doesn't exist as such. Montenegrins are very lazy people. Although they write that every three days - until you complain - they will not be removed. By the way, we were removed only on the FIFTH DAY after the complaints. But the cleaning included only the removal of garbage (there is only one bin in the restroom and it was filled on the second day. All the time they took out the packages themselves). There was no wet, no simple cleaning. Specialist left crumpled pieces of paper to check - they did not remove it. Montenegrin cleaning in the room is to come and turn on the air conditioner (when leaving, it was always turned off and returning it was turned on, that is, the maid visited the room daily). According to this nuance, the representative of the pylon did not react very quickly. But thanks for that too.
- the Internet. Terrible. You only have the option to connect via WiFi and it's terrible. The signal is weak, but not throughout the villa. I suspect that there are only one or two points in the villa that naturally cannot cope. Constant disconnects and a weak signal in your pocket if you get a room on the ground floor.
- repair. Fresh. An excellent bed, fresh furniture, excellent plumbing (in this room there is a personal boiler) and a four-level light. The only negative was that the loot at the entrance to the bathroom was a little swollen and the doors did not close well. Well, it is. Very good blinds - during the day you can safely make darkness. There are dense violations as well as internal daily ones. The TV works and there are plenty of channels, but we didn't use it. Air conditioning is powerful - a small room instantly saturated with cold air. The balcony is small, but at the same time, a table and two chairs can be easily placed there in the company with an unfolded dryer. The renovation is fresh and good (in some photos of cheaper villas in the restrooms, mold is visible even in the photo. There is no such thing here). The restroom is small but great. In general, there are no complaints. The balcony is small but cozy. There is a clothes dryer.
- "a tea set". Tin and not a set. Small but new electric kettle, two dirty mugs, two chopped plastic plates, one dirty fork and one dull dirty knife. Just no comment. It is treated by buying plates in the old town in a shop for euros and buying sets of disposable spoons / forks in a megamarket (the cheapest there). Tin of course, but such a moment is the place to be.
- Location to the sea. The site indicates that the nearest beach (Slovenian) is 600 meters away. And this is a lie. Tracked personally - 1.24 km (this is to the place where the bottom is terrible, cutting yourself is not a problem. Tested. ) Having bathed only once, I cut myself - the girl was more fortunate. Coming out of the water, we went to look for Mogren beach through the old town, but on the first day we didn’t swim. Mogren is really the best beach in the area. On the second day we went to Hawaii (Fr. Saint Someone there). Ride 3 euros from one for the way there and back. Pair of sunbeds and an umbrella -10 euros. The water is just great. But the bottom is terrible (not the same as in Slovenian). It comes in very hard. Going to the beach for the whole day, I recommend taking a cream with UV +40 and panthenol. BUT it's individual ; ) Half of the Slovenian beach is very terrible - half is less so. But they did not take sunbeds on it. On Mogren a little more expensive. But it's worth it. And one more thing: I strongly recommend not to thump on the beach, because in which case no one will save you. There are few towers. And where they are, they are always empty. The beaches are full. I advise you to swim to the island until 10 - otherwise there will be few sunbeds to choose from. Leave at 9 am. The water is amazing. Very clean and mega salty)
- for purchases. Along the way, you can skimp at the Frank market, a mega market there and a market and a small shop on the way to the Slovenian beach. By the way, there are two types of prices on the market (there are basically no price tags) for locals and for visitors. I advise you to buy in the franc and megamarket. The products are delicious. Peaches and apples are the cheapest in Franca (delicious!!! ) Franca halfway to the Slovenian beach near the traffic light (red sign. ) The prices are absolutely reasonable. There is a huge choice to eat - a bunch of different cafes, both close to the sea and fast food. And both are very tasty. See what you can afford more.
- local residents. People are unpleasant. Vacationers are normally only those who are trying to sell you something. The rest are treated like stray dogs - with condescending disdain. Some of them are very unfriendly: at one of the stops, when I was turning around, I barely touched a woman with a backpack....So she covered me with a selected Serbian one... It was very unpleasant. Everyone smokes. There are a lot of women. Many have a very rough voice and mannerisms.
- on excursions. We did not go to the hotel to hang around. 50/50 sea/excursions. We went swimming along Kotor, to Bosnia and the CANYONS. I advise montelin (you need to walk to the embankment of the street and go right to Olympus). That excursions and especially guides are excellent. What only Jovo is worth - an excellent guide. I think that at least you need to visit the canyons. The most extensive tour You can write about all the excursions forever - but you need to look for yourself. I have not been disappointed in any. I advise you to try zip-lining along the canyons. But so-so, not particularly impressed. (837 m is not the height above the canyon, but the length of the rope. . . In real life it is about 150 m. I don't think that 20 euros is adequate. . . ). Personally, I advise the Canyons to run around the whole country. From the water you can take the sides of Kator. Bosnia / Albania for an amateur. Although Bosnia really liked it. Was on three - I advise. Although in terms of loading, to be honest, I advise you to go not for 7 nights, but for 10. For it turns out hardcore.
- transport. I wanted to rent a wheelbarrow - but I did not dare.
In general, I advise you not to be disappointed, do not count on the service. I advise everyone on the first day not to be too lazy and navigate the beaches and supermarkets. In the old town everything is more expensive and souvenirs and food. Mogren can be found focusing on the old city. There are a huge number of souvenirs....everywhere.
Summarizing the above, I can say this:
- Service 2/10 - as such, no.
- Number 9/10 - minimal gaffes. In general, everything is excellent.
- Nature 10/10 - very beautiful: from the water, from the beach, from the ground, and from the air. . .
- Water 10/10 - very clean and clear.
- Beaches 7/10 - Mogren is good. O. St. - the water is excellent, the entrance to the water in slippers. Slovenian is trash. It seems that becichi was praised - but they did not check it personally...
- Excursions 8/10 - sometimes you had to hurry to keep up. If you are going for 7 nights, take a maximum of 3 excursions. . .
It makes no sense to go to Montenegro in order to hang around in the room - you need to swim and attend excursions. The service is terrible, which is very surprising for a country whose 97% of its income comes from tourists. Nature is excellent. There are no words to describe here. Thanks to Montelain for the excellent excursions and especially thanks for Yovo))) By the way, in the very building of the "villa" it's actually just, as I understand it, 3-4 different entrepreneurs randomly bought out the rooms and just rent out the rooms (you can see this from the mailboxes near entrance doors). I regret that I went to Montenegro? NO. Worth it. A lot of beautiful places and unforgettable impressions. The other half also liked it very much. I advise you to roll up to Budva in the coming season. The town is being built very much and in the next couple of years the prices will not be the same.
And about the Montenegrin laziness - on the way back home, upon arrival in Tivat, we plunged into a mess and chaos inside the airport: the check-in was delayed, the queues were huge. Departure was delayed for more than 40 minutes - because. very imposing Montenegrins were late with the loading of luggage, as well as with refueling, as well as with loading food. Well, of course, I had to wait until they give permission to take off. Cargo at the airport is checked without worrying: and if something has beeped at you or you have a red light at the control, then it’s normal anyway....They don’t find fault with luggage at all. We flew back and forth on Dart lines. Absolutely normal a320. Quickly and without discomfort. Arriving in Kharkiv, there was a lot of positive impressions that the disgusting service could not ruin. Generally satisfied. Thank you joinup for a nice stay.
