Good afternoon, dear tourists,

First of all, I want to clarify that this story will reflect my personal impressions, and does not claim to be an absolute truth)))

The first day:

It all started on a beautiful summer day in terminal F of Boryspil airport. . . Check-in, shopping, a short flight delay, and we are in the sky. . . the cabin is completely filled, 2 hours of flight fly by unnoticed. The same “black mountains” are already visible in the window, we are descending and guessing the island of St. Stephen by outlines, which causes special delight. The airport turned out to be really small. Walked to the building, everything is very fast and efficient. About 20 minutes after landing, we were already sitting on the Talas-M bus (the host of Turtess in Montenegro) and listening to the guide... Our villa (2004) was the first in line, at first glance everything corresponded to the "pictures from the sites. " The room was clean and comfortable, no frills, but it had everything you need. The territory of the villa is green and neat, it really is 150 meters from the sea. At the beginning of the ninth evening we went on a sightseeing walk, I really wanted to meet the sea... I'll tell you frankly, on the first evening Budva scared and upset me. I saw all the bad things that I read about - a crowd of people on the promenade, screaming discos (although I understood what "loud" was about 12 at night when I returned to the room, because it was impossible to sleep, and so every evening - but at one in the morning the music died down, and sleep improved, so to speak)... As a result, we bought pizza and had dinner on the beach, we just didn’t have the strength to go to the Old City. In anticipation of the best, we wished Budva "good night" and went to rest....

Second day:

A beautiful sunny morning. We went to the market, which is a minute away, which is very, very convenient... oh yes, there are more than enough goodies. Since that day, prosciutto, mozzarella, delicious vegetables and fruits have been in our diet every day. Morning coffee was drunk on the terrace of the TQ Plaza shopping center. Then we went to Mogren. The road took about 5 minutes to the Avala hotel - well, it’s already a stone’s throw from it. Beautiful warm sea, beautiful mountains... but quite a lot of vacationers. In the evening we came across a home restaurant up our street (Lion's Code, dinner about 20 euros for two with wine). We had a very tasty dinner, tried homemade wine, and satisfied went to explore the Old City. If you leave the narrow medieval streets that live with their vibrant nightlife, you can wander into secluded and very beautiful courtyards, and even entire small squares... it’s hard for me to put into words, but the atmosphere is really magical...

Left not very satisfied with Mogren due to the large number of vacationers, we went to about. St. Nikola. We reached the pier in a minute, bought tickets for 3 euros / person (in both directions) and sailed... the beautiful Budva Bay opened to our eyes. As soon as I stepped on the island, I realized that this is where we will stay. Having explored a few small beaches a bit (although in fact it is all one beach, it’s just divided), we came to a small and relatively empty cape (only a couple of sunbeds are placed on it - 5 euros set). It opened a breathtaking indescribable view of the mountains and the sea... I didn’t want to leave anymore . . here we passed all the days spent in Budva. There are large pebbles on the beach (but I love it very much), you can’t do without slippers. But there are still hedgehogs in the sea, so if you didn’t buy them at home, then you still need to buy them in Budva itself (up to 10 euros there are many offers of special shoes). We saw octopuses, starfish… well, hedgehogs… it’s forbidden to go to the island itself, because. there are snakes. But we (not knowing about it) climbed a little from the beach and saw a family of wild turtles))) we didn’t go any further, after all, the nature there is untouched . . Happy returned to Budva on the same sea taxi, and spent another wonderful evening, walking along the streets of the Old City. Here's something else I want to say. The boardwalk is very, very crowded and very, very loud. Therefore, we walked to the place of walking either along the road, and then we turned onto the embankment, bypassing the promenade - and from there already outside the city walls... so we practically did not encounter a crowd of vacationers and did not pass through the noisy shopping malls of the promenade. We somehow managed to spend the evenings in a fairly calm atmosphere. We had dinner at Olympus on the embankment - quite tasty (dinner about 30-40 euros with wine) on the very shore.

We went to Petrovarts on our own (regular buses, ticket price 2 euros). A beautiful quiet town worth visiting. Interesting churches, a nice embankment, an old "castella" (the rest of the fortification). After we went to St. Stephen (on the same bus). We took a couple of photos from the panoramic platform next to the stop, and started a rather long descent to the sea… hmm, it’s quite difficult, IMHO, to walk every day… after walking along the beach, walking through the park, and walking along the path to the Queen’s Beach… yes, the views, of course, magical... Many people talked about the cost of a set of sunbeds on the beach belonging to the hotel - 50 euros (yes, that's true). But here we were surprised by the fact that on the municipal beach the cost of sunbeds varies up to 30 euros (depending on the “row” to the sea)... I was surprised and not very pleased. The sea is warm and the beach itself is clean, there is only one restaurant (I didn’t notice others on the shore) . . In general, the trip turned out to be interesting and eventful, and most importantly, after 10 minutes we were in Budva (the taxi driver agreed to take us for 5 euros).

Dubrovnik. Initially, we planned an independent trip, but the queues in car rental shops and the slowness of the staff, as well as the partial absence of small cars, repulsed all desire. We went on an excursion “Evening Dubrovnik” (I don’t remember the agency anymore, but along our own street) - 35 euros / person. I consider the program very successful. we were in the city at about 15.30, the heat was already starting to subside, and we calmly walked with a guide through the old streets, after which we went to the island of Lokrum, where we walked through the park and the castle. After all, we found peacocks (and quite a lot! ), fed them, and went to Dubrovnik, where we spent a few more wonderful hours... returned to Budva around midnight. In general, Dubrovnik is a beautiful and interesting city that is worth visiting!

Day six-seven:

Hawaii-Hawaii. Enjoyed the beautiful sea and unique views. . Dinner in the Old Town…

Boko-Kotorsk (with the operator Talas-M - 22 euros / person). Fabulous!! ! Fabulous! Indescribable!! ! Everything is better than in the pictures. Kotor is wonderful! Islands with churches are very interesting! Perast - there are simply no words (although it simply has some special charm - we really liked it). The advantage of a trip with an excursion is that from Kotor the boat rides tourists around the bay from the city to the islands, and you watch simply magical views! I highly recommend everyone (even the most inveterate lovers of lazy rest : ) to visit this magical corner!

Day nine to fifteen:

Hawaii, skydiving, endless evening walks, dinners in restaurants (I also wanted to recommend Astoria near the fortress wall)... I can’t remember everything, but there are a lot of wonderful impressions... we no longer noticed people (besides, by the end of our vacation, their number decreased significantly ), the sea was getting warmer, the tan was getting smoother, and the sellers in the markets just gave more and more fruits and vegetables... We flew away happy, rested, and in love with the Adriatic Sea...

Montenegro is a magical country! She can be compared to an 18-year-old beauty who may not yet be fully trained in good manners, but she can be forgiven for her natural charm : )

And in the end of my story, I want to thank everyone who gave me good advice when we were preparing for the trip. And to everyone who is just going, I want to wish a great holiday and wonderful experiences!
