Villa Simon was chosen after reading the reviews on this site and was not disappointed.
We arrived in Budva at about eight in the morning and we were immediately settled in a room (many tourists still had to walk somewhere until 12 noon, waiting for their settlements to other villas).
Standard room with a terrace: clean, new furniture, TV and refrigerator, bathroom with shower (I want to note that there is no fungus in the shower, so the pictures on the Join Up website were not photoshopped : -)). In our room there were two huge wardrobes, two bedside tables (everything for girls) and one chair. But not all rooms are the same: on the second floor (we lived on the third) the same room with a terrace was with one closet, but I think this is not a problem at all, everything will fit anyway), but this room had two beds, and we have one big one.

We saw a standard with a balcony: the balconies are small, a thin partition with the neighboring one. I didn’t like the standard without a balcony-terrace: like in a cage without windows and doors... I didn’t see the apartments.
On each floor there is a shared kitchen with everything you need: plates, spoons, forks, knives, cups, saucepans, a frying pan, two teapots, rags, washcloths, dishwashing detergent. The kitchen is also nice and new.
The bed was changed every 11 days, towels more often. The room was cleaned every day.
On the terrace there is a table and chairs for gatherings, there is also a clothes dryer - very convenient.
Of the minuses - soundproofing... In the room you can hear the plates rattling in the kitchen, how the kettle boils. It didn't bother us at all. But if you are a very light sleeper and noise is a big problem for you, then think about it.
WiFi did not always work well: there were days when there was no connection with the outside world at all.
There were no other shortcomings.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the Slovenian beach at a quick pace, and 30-40 minutes to Mogren.
There is a bus station within a three to five minute walk, which is very convenient for those tourists who like to travel on their own.
Very close to a good supermarket Mega Market, also an excellent shop with alcohol, the prices of which are cheaper than in supermarkets (near a Thai restaurant).
Something like this) Say everything)
Have a great holiday in the wonderful country of Montenegro! : -)
