Villa "Maslovar" (Maslovar) in Budva is primarily suitable for lovers of unpretentious rest. Despite the fact that the apartments are devoid of any "designer" embellishments, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay during your summer vacation. The apartments have air conditioning, hair dryer, TV and a small kitchen with a minimum set of utensils; There is no safe, Wi-Fi is free and catches perfectly. The furniture in "Maslovar" is old, but everything works properly. Garbage is taken out daily (by the way, the bin "in the kitchen" was not found), towels are changed every three days. Unfortunately, the kitchenettes are not equipped with an extractor hood, so the owners of the villa do not allow "serious dishes" such as meat or fish to be cooked in the kitchens. But our people do not care, and in the evenings the aromas of fried potatoes with onions are carried around the villa. Maslovar has two-room apartments and studios. The rooms are spacious, two-room apartments have two balconies. There is a clothes dryer. The courtyard of the villa is small, but very green. Right under the windows, figs grow and lemons and pomegranates ripen.
"Maslovar" is very well located in the city center. From the sea (Slavic beach) it is separated only by an extensive car park. Walk to the embankment for three to four minutes. Near shopping center, supermarket, vegetable market. It takes fifteen to twenty minutes to walk along the sea to Staraya Budva, and if you walk along the "Mideteran" road, past the shopping center, you can find yourself at the fortress walls of Budva in ten minutes. I love such "hotels" - colorful, simple, with good-natured owners. Therefore, I had a great rest here during the first week of October. But, to be honest, I would not dare to stay here "in season". The place is comfortable, but very noisy. Nearby there are two discos - one of them on the embankment, under the "Eiffel Tower", and the second ("Sparta") - in a neighboring building. The first night we could not sleep, because the disco on the embankment was buzzing until one in the morning, and then, until three in the morning, its excited visitors cruised past the villa. And the parking lot, which is empty in October, is probably overloaded in the summer. So if you value light sleep, look for a quieter place. In the yard of the owners lives a big good-natured dog Vito (German Shepherd), I think this small nuance should be taken into account by families with small children.
I wish you all a pleasant holiday!
