Hotel ratings by criteria:
We rested in this hotel from June 19 to June 29.2013 - three families and a child of one and a half years.
It is not for nothing that the hotel is called a "village", because it is very big, it resembles a small town with its own infrastructure and sooo beautiful territory, green, in fragrant colors. So, in order:
1. Choice of 3 * or 4 *: we rested in 4 *. Asking new acquaintances on the spot who stayed at 3 *, they realized that the main difference is in restaurants. 3 * has its own restaurant and poorer food. Otherwise, as for the rooms, there is no difference, there is also a safe, hairdryer, etc.
2. Rooms: The rooms are quite spacious, well decorated, comfortable beds. A family with a child was given a room with a terrace, although a room without a balcony was paid. By the way, a cot for a child is paid an additional 7 euros per day. The mini bar was not full, there was not even water. There is no kettle, only liquid soap. Shampoos, gels you need to take with you or buy on the spot.

In two rooms the telephones did not work, in the third room the air conditioner was dripping onto the terrace from the top room. But we did not change the numbers for such reasons.
3. Meals: we had a buffet breakfast/dinner. For breakfast, different cereals for children, scrambled eggs, all kinds of jams and cream cheeses, honey, pate, cheese/meat cuts; from hot drinks: tea, hot milk, cappuccino, coffee, hot chocolate and carbonated water. For dinner: a good choice of meat, there was always one fish dish, stewed vegetables (very tasty), prosciutto, soups, sweets; from drinks - tea, compote. Fruit selection is limited. In general, for an adult there will be something to eat without frills, and for a child to get enough. But I would recommend drinking sorbex or enterosgel for prevention, since there were stomach problems.
4. Beaches (personally visited by us):
--- Slovenian beach 1600 meters long, you go to the beach from the hotel and cruise either to the right or to the left, looking for a place to your taste: either right next to the sea (different pebbles everywhere), or under palm trees on the grass. There are really a lot of people, I don’t know what’s going on there in July, August. The sea of   Slovenska plaza in terms of cleanliness loses to the following beaches;
--- Becici beach, 1.5 km long (when you exit to the embankment, you need to turn left and walk for about 20 minutes, through the tunnel): very small pebbles, the sea is clean, there are always places;
--- Mogren beach 350 meters long, consists of the 1st and 2nd parts (when you exit to the embankment, you need to turn right and walk for about 20 minutes, going around the old town, the road is easier here - you walk along the embankment mostly without ups and downs compared to the road to Becici): the incredible beauty of the beach, the leader for us, the pebbles are even smaller than on Becici). By the way, I read that it is paid and the passage to the 2nd part is difficult.
This year, in June, they did not charge a fee and made a convenient passage to the 2nd part.
5. Supermarkets:

---Maxi 21 market in the shopping center (15 minutes walk from the hotel, exit the main building where the reception is, cross the road and go straight, go through the shopping center under construction, on the right side you will see the shopping center where this supermarket is located) : Fanta 1l - 0.95 euros, Orbit - 0.55, Cola 2l - 0.89, Dark beer 0.5l - 0.73, Wine - from 1.99 euros, drinking water 5l - 1.5.
---Budva Bulevar market (7-10 minutes walk from the hotel, exit the hotel from the side of the tennis courts, cross the road at the traffic light and turn left): Dark beer 2l - 1.89, Light beer 2l - 1.39, rakia - from 6.49 euros , drinking water 5l - 1.36; red wine - from 1.35; local cheese kaymak - 1.29.
--- "Gift&Wine" market (7-10 minutes walk from the hotel, exit the hotel from the side of the tennis courts, cross the road at the traffic lights and turn left). Shop where you can buy local wine, souvenirs, coffee, sweets.
--- markets on the territory of the hotel: one market near the residential buildings, and the second at the exit to the embankment, near the adult pool. The difference in price is not critical, by 0.5 cents / 1 euro.
6. Excursions: we took Ostrog and fish picnic + Bay of Kotor near Vladimir, the agency is located opposite the Trocadero disco. Organization at a good level. Cost of excursions: Ostrog 17 euros, Ostrog + Cetinje 25 euros, Tara rafting 65 euros, Boko cruise 25 euros, with a fish picnic 40 euros, Canyons 35 euros.
7. For children: there is a menu for children (always porridge for breakfast, soups for dinner) and a lot of entertainment on site (a playground, a heated children's pool and slides);
8. Useful hotel services:
Since we traveled with three families, and telephones did not work in two rooms, this service was very useful for us: a mobile phone for rent. At the reception 3 * desk, where you can pick up the phone with a local card for free. On the account of 2 euros, it is profitable to communicate with each other.
When you check out, you hand over your phone and keep your card.

In general, summing up, I can say that the hotel has an excellent location, if people are not lazy on good beaches, you can walk, take HB food better. And if you don’t like large hotels of such a plan, you can consider the ALEKSANDR 3 * option, the hotel looks very nice, it is located closer to the sea, cozy.
