They gave me a room on the 3rd floor without a balcony, with a paid one with a balcony and written in the ticket. We returned to the reception, but achieved nothing, remained in this. In the room - everywhere heaps of ants and big fat black cockroaches 4 cm each, it was scary to sleep, it seemed that if you close your eyes, they will all crawl out.
Cleaning - without mopping, killed cockroaches after it lay in the same places as before cleaning.
Food - breakfast and dinner, only for very unassuming adults. My daughter immediately said that she would eat only boiled eggs and rolls for breakfast, because. all the wieners and sausage were too spicy. We never saw any porridge for breakfast. For dinner there was more variety, they gave soups from bags, fish, meat, watermelon, melons (sometimes green ones).

The representative of the host TALAS-M on the eve of departure in the evening spoke to us in a boorish way, when asked why the departure time after the start of registration for the plane, she said that we would have as much as 10 minutes to check in. As a result, after waiting 20 minutes in the morning for the transfer, we were forced to take a taxi for our money and arrived at the airport 5 minutes before the end of registration - and the same black Mercedes that we were waiting for did not arrive !!!
The result - the hotel is not worth the money and they don't like Russians there at all, since they don't even bother to learn a couple of phrases in Russian.
All sorts of garbage floated in the sea, feces, gaskets, other rubbish. If it seems to someone very clean and environmentally friendly - go to Budva.
Local travel agency Monteline is selling a non-existent ship tour to Dubrovnik - don't buy as it's not available. no one ever goes there, they just collect money so that later they can replace your trip with a bus, and the roads there are mountainous and they drive disgustingly...
