It is located in the very center of the city - 5 minutes to the market and Megamarket, 15 minutes to the embankment, 10 minutes to the bus terminus (exit to other beaches). It is located between two back streets, that is, the movement of cars does not interfere with rest at all - it simply does not exist there. Surrounded by a beautiful garden of citrus fruits, pomegranates, persimmons, kiwi, etc. The owners do not burden, in general, do not catch the eye. Soundproofing is excellent. It is possible to order breakfast in the villa. Change of linen and towels once a week. There is soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, iron, kettle, safe. We lived in room 12 on the 1st floor. Superior room: two-room suite with a kitchen and a balcony. Behind the balcony is a garden of pomegranates and neighboring citrus. So in the morning you can go out for breakfast in "neglyad" without worrying about your appearance. The rooms are small but cozy - one of them is a bedroom with 3 beds, the second is a living room with a sofa and TV and a coffee table. There are chairs and a table on the balcony. Small bathroom, shower. The kitchen has utensils (cups, glasses, plates, forks, spoons, knives), a frying pan and a saucepan. So the plates and cups that we dragged with us were not useful. The floor is tiled. The walls are whitewashed. There is access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room. Certainly not a 5 star hotel. But everything is very nice and homey. Fish and shrimp were prepared in the shared kitchen so as not to spoil the atmosphere in the room. And breakfasts (scrambled eggs and ham, omelettes, etc. ) in the room are very convenient and economical. The only negative is that the boiler is located in room 13. I had to write a note to the neighbors so that they would not turn off the boiler when they left (very economical ones were caught). In general, if you come to swim in the sea, go on excursions, walk around the city, and enjoy a quiet sleep - this is the place for you. Of course, if you need partying and action at night, then you will be bored here. Look for something else.
