The country is beautiful, there is something to see, it reminds a little of Crimea. Be sure to go on excursions, if possible, visit Dubrovnik (Croatia), the Ostrog Monastery, the Montenegrin wedding, Kotor and Cetinje (2 in 1) are also possible. Dubrovnik is impressive, although not everything can be seen in a short time of the excursion, but the overall impression is worth getting, plus the desire to visit there again, but for a longer time. Next time I'm going to Croatia.
For a 3 * hotel is quite tolerable. The staff is friendly, almost everyone understands and speaks Russian, like many Montenegrins (this is definitely a plus). The only thing is that the girls at the reception for some reason do not like it when they hand over the keys to the room when you go somewhere. If you wish, you can put money in the safe at the reception, but neither I nor my friends did not hand it over, they kept it in the room, nothing was lost, everything was in place.
The rooms are small, the balcony is small (2 chairs) and serves mainly for drying towels and swimwear. In the shower cabin, at the mixer, the switch stuck, of course it was possible to use it, but it was rather annoying. The called master could not help in this matter, but we must pay tribute, he came right away. And I also adjusted the antenna at the TV, after which it began to show, but we still didn’t watch it. Hairdryer, air conditioning, small refrigerator, table with mirror, chair, beds, free safe at the reception, wi-fi in the corridor and in the hotel lobby. Towels are changed regularly, the room is cleaned, but infrequently, it is advisable to leave a tip.

Meals are average, monotonous, too much fried food, no ice for the stomach. At the end of our stay, and this is 7 days, I could no longer see fried food. Sometimes there were good dishes, but again fried. Tea and coffee (not tasty) only for breakfast, for dinner only water. From fruits there were peaches and watermelons, bananas, apples, but not every day, and canned fruits, which I did not eat. From vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, beets and pickles (which you don’t want at all in the summer). In principle, you can get enough, but men, probably, will not be enough.
The hotel is located on the 2nd line, 10 minutes to the beach. The place is quiet, you can sleep at night, it's not on the embankment, where there is swotting at night.
I did not like the beach, the water was cool and dirty, a couple of times in the water came across garbage, bags, cigarette butts and "oh, horror! " pads!! ! Small pebbles are not inspiring at all. The beach is crowded, in the best traditions of the Crimea. It is better to take a place early in the morning, otherwise it will be a big problem later.
At night, the embankment again resembles the Crimea, a lot of people, a lot of shops with Chinese junk, in places slotting music, the aromas of overcooked butter wafting everywhere. In short, a big fan.
Products can be bought in shops nearby, I advise kefir (Montenegrin yogurt). Of the wines, locals recommend Vranac (pro corde) / Vranac (pro corde) (red) and Krstac / Krstach (white). Min. it is better to take water on 2 lines in the market, it is cheaper there than in stalls, and even more so on the beach.
Another 20-25 minutes walk from the hotel is the old part of the city, the fortress, be sure to visit it.
In a word, if the purpose of your trip is sightseeing and getting to know the country, and not just a beach holiday, then this economy class hotel is quite suitable. Fans of a more comfortable and relaxing holiday are better off staying not in Budva, but in a quieter town and in another hotel.
