The ticket was ordered at the last moment, literally a week in advance, so the choice was small, there were no places in the villa where they wanted to go, we were offered Pierre, as the best of what was left. Read reviews, not impressed, so we went to the "white night" and expected the worst. So when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Villa in the very center, just what we wanted, because we love to walk. The beach is literally 5 minutes away, 10 minutes to the old town, Mogren beach (which I recommend, since the nearest Slovensky beach is dirty and cramped) 15 minutes. Directly opposite, across the road, Mega Market (really the cheapest of all where we went) and the market (you must visit it if you want to buy fresh prosciutto, cheese, olives, wine, fruits, etc. ) They settled us on the first floor, without a balcony, everything was as promised. The room is clean, everything you need is there, even an ironing board and wash basins, who needs it. Yeah, there was even a broom for hostesses. Plus a kettle, plates, cups, etc. The room had pluses and minuses: the sun didn’t get in, so we didn’t use the air conditioner, and I always get a runny nose from it. So that's a plus. The downside is that there was nowhere and impossible to dry things, so they dried with an iron. But there is only one room on the ground floor in the main building, so you are unlikely to get it if you do not book at the last moment, like we did. Another big minus is Wi-Fi. Very weak. I had to go up to the third floor and sit in the stairway. Maybe the internet is better on higher floors. Do not know. But I heard a lot of reviews from residents of other villas and everyone complains that the Internet in Montenegro is bad, so if you really need it, immediately buy cards from local operators. They cleaned it once, on the third day, changed linen, towels, toilet paper, etc. For a 3-star villa, it's quite normal. Plus, we are neat people, so this is not a problem for us. If changing towels every day is obligatory for you, then you are definitely not here. Either to Turkey or choose more expensive options. On the ground floor there is Pilon agency, which is very convenient. From experience they were convinced that their excursions are the best. So I don’t recommend ordering on the beach (we went, we didn’t really like the organization, but then we went through Pilon and everything was super). The next moment is someone with children, it’s not a very good option, because it’s noisy at night, but for young people it’s great, there are discos nearby, all nightlife, it’s cool to walk in the evening. A big plus is that the villa is not on the mountain, as many villas are really located on the slopes, and in the heat below 40 you don’t really want to climb the mountain. All in all, you can go. For a 3 star villa, everything is quite normal. Telly, who likes to watch, but for example, I fall asleep well under it, so it’s important for me, it was good, plasma, 170 channels, there are Russians. The service is not obtrusive. When we checked in, a lady greeted us and showed us the room. We did not see anyone else (except for a short meeting with a Pilon representative on the day of arrival). leaving just left the keys in the door. So who does not like intrusive service, you are here. I recommend the villa, the price-quality ratio is normal, but I would not live on the ground floor for this money, we obviously overpaid a little because of the urgency. So my advice is to book in advance.
