Like all hotels designed "under socialism", the Park Hotel has an excellent location, which even more modern hotels can envy. Leaving the building and walking thirty meters along a shady path, you will find yourself on the beach. City beach, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for a fee (in October the beach was pristine empty). Hotel "Park" is located on the outskirts of Budva - closer to Becici and away from Old Budva. Some of the rooms overlook the green spaces and the sea, and some on the highway. The hotel area is small, but very green, which justifies the name of the hotel.
In the catalog of the operator in front of the hotel there is a note: "very modest number of rooms" - and this, I confess, is a big nod to "Park" -a. I would not recommend staying here even to "spend the night" - in dry weather, spending the night in the open air on the beach is no worse : ). Well, maybe you can hide from the rain here.
It is noticeable that once the hotel administration made attempts to "ennoble" the living quarters and the reception area, but either the attempts were not stubborn enough, or, as always, there was not enough funding. Spit-stained carpet and broken sofas overshadow such "comfort elements" as air conditioning in the room and free internet in the reception area. There is also no safe in the rooms; you can deposit valuable documents at the reception. Rooms on the first floors do not have balconies. Things are dried on a rope stretched by vacationers along the window or balcony. The hotel also has paid parking. It is sad that due to such "accommodation" some guests may have an unfavorable impression of Montenegro as a whole. Accommodation here belongs to the "budget" category, but it seems to me that the guests of the "Park" should be paid extra and given out "vouchers for enhanced food" for agreeing to come here. Neither the operator nor the administration builds illusions about the state of the "Park" hotel and focuses primarily on the placement of children's and youth groups. But I think not every parent will agree to let their child go here on a foreign "business trip".

I wish you all a pleasant holiday!
