Despite the fact that it took about 5 minutes to walk from this stop to the hotel, we ourselves would have reached 100 times on the map, but since we were told to wait, we decided it would be inconvenient that a person was going to meet in vain.
We were followed by a girl who didn't speak English or Russian at all. Gestures showed to follow her - ok. We came, we stood, no one was going to accommodate us until the arrival of the owners. The owner came in another 20 minutes. Again, with gestures, they explained where to go.
They showed the room, ok, well, you can’t show much for 3 stars. We started unpacking things, saw that there was no toilet paper, only 2 chairs (there were three of us), and there were no large body towels. Only tiny for the face. The owner of the hotel was at the same time everything, he saw everything perfectly, but was in no hurry to intervene in the situation. With him, she lied that she allegedly already gave towels. After that, whatever you ask them - for example, how to get through, can you borrow a corkscrew - everything is no no no and very rude. I don’t know why it’s so pitiful to give some kind of corkscrew if they themselves live all the time below and all this is probably there.
In general, a disgusting experience. In addition, the TV did not work, the bed linen was changed only once in all 9 days, there was someone's black hair on the pillowcase of the freshly bed linen. There were ants in the kitchen, but they didn’t run much (there is a photo). Hot water in the boiler was periodically turned off, as if they were doing it on purpose, but I don’t know for sure.
