The hotel is very good, I would recommend.
Cozy little job in 4 floors with several rooms. Everywhere is in order, everything is clean and very well maintained. The hosts are nice and friendly people.

20 meters to the nearest store. A 5 minute walk from an aroma shop where the prices were the best we could find, and they also sell some range of prepared food - convenient. Next to it you can buy fresh pastries and fruits. I recommend going there (the store is on Google maps).
