Upon arrival at the hotel, they settled quickly, but we indicated in advance at the travel agency that we were newlyweds, and we were settled on two different beds screwed to the wall. We were told that the hotel room has no right to change and contact the travel agency (( We
not the first time on vacation, but this is the first time!!
Wifi does not work in the room.
The safe was closed, and the girls at the reception could not do anything, the masters promised, but he was not there!
There was no one door in the closet, the refrigerator was leaking without shelves, there was no switch from the tap to the shower in the water faucet. The hotel is not very old.
The TV squealed terribly and the channels turned off, they checked in other rooms, everything too.
For 10 days, the electricity and water in the city were turned off a couple of times.
The bed linen was never changed, only beautifully folded, towels were sometimes changed.

Out of three times, lunch boxes were given only once, at night there was no one at the reception and boxes like they say they disappear (they are talking complete nonsense). They didn’t even let everyone eat on the way home !!
They don't know the Russian language at all.
Breakfasts are short and monotonous from 8:00-9:30, you can really eat only until 8:30, then there is nothing left.
Reception was not helpful with any questions. Constantly, or missing or not knowing anything.
At the entrance to the hotel there is always a lot of cars, because of them it is very difficult to pass, especially with bags.
I do not recommend this hotel due to the terrible service! !
