The hotel is not bad - the rooms are clean, each room has a balcony, TV, air conditioning. In the two-room suites, a folding sofa is a full-fledged sleeping place. To the sea about 15 minutes (to the Slavic beach), it’s not hard to go - in this part of the city the roads are straight (without descents and ascents) - just a pleasant walk.

A supermarket and a street with shops are two steps away, at the exit from the alley. The room has a kitchenette (no kettle and microwave), with dishes, forks, spoons and a refrigerator. There is a hair dryer, and you can come to the reception to iron (free of charge) - they don’t give an iron in the room. The bathroom has only liquid soap and toilet paper. Wi-fi is available (free of charge), but very unstable - it disappears every 10-15, but sometimes it works by the hour - how lucky - but you don’t need to rely on it, it’s better to buy a local card - 10 euros for 15 days with internet.
The pool cannot be used after 8pm. With a late departure, you can leave your luggage at the reception, but for some reason you can’t wait for a transfer by the pool.
The owners (or just an older couple working here) do not speak any language other than Montenegrin - it's funny, but annoying - no issue can be resolved, everything is at the level of gestures. In addition, they don’t worry much about your peace - one night they just made noise in the corridor until the morning - either they were cleaning, or they were just discussing something - but they definitely won’t worry about your sleep - you won’t be able to sleep with noise - your problems.
The hotel is very small, looks larger in the photo. The general impression is that everything is fine, except for a couple of Montenegrins working here - they will not help solve any problems, they will only add.
The location is not on the first line, rather a plus than a minus - it is quiet and calm here, crowds of tourists do not go here, while the beach and the promenade are relatively close. It takes more to go to the old city - 30-40 minutes, but there is no need to go there every day, and walking around the city a couple of times during a vacation is not difficult, but pleasant.
You can buy breakfasts and dinners, but they are not held in the hotel itself, but in a restaurant nearby.
Tour operator transfers to the hotel do not go - the buses stop near the entrance to the Slavic beach, the owner himself takes and brings guests to the bus in his car.
The hotel is suitable for adults, active, few people sitting in the room.

Excellent villa (the rooms are clean, we had a freshly renovated on the 5th floor with an excellent view of the mountains), the area is calm, quiet. The villa has a swimming pool with a landscaped area, which is rare for Budva. Perhaps the owners seemed unfriendly to someone, but in our case it was not felt.

The villa has a swimming pool with a landscaped area, which is rare for Budva. Perhaps the owners seemed unfriendly to someone, but in our case it was not felt. There were no families with small children in our race. The nearest beach is 15 minutes (but it's not a tiring walk). In walking distance - supermarket, bakery, restaurants. At the beginning, we were embarrassed by the lack of a frying pan and a kettle in the room, we immediately found a replacement for the kettle in the form of a saucepan (and the dishes in the room are all new), and the pan would not have been useful to us. Food in Montenegro is inexpensive in restaurants, and there is no need to cook soups and steaks (for example, a dish of a huge pork dance with kaymak cheese, french fries, tomato, cucumber - 5.5 euros) - a really huge portion. There is also a very large selection of fast foods (pizza, burek, rolls, hamburgers, etc. ). Yes, there is a problem with Wi-Fi, but as it turned out, not only in this villa, we limited ourselves to correspondence in Viber. Rest were satisfied. We recommend this villa to those wishing to visit Budva.

Internet. First was. normal.
Then "something went wrong" and he disappeared. Overloading the router and other things that usually happen in such cases did not help. We were given the password for all the hotel's Wi-Fi, but that didn't help either. The result is €10.00 for a local operator card and 500 GB of traffic, which was quite enough.
Very friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, but far from the sea. Walk 40 minutes to the Old Town. Repairs in the apartments are stale. The bed linen was washed, gray, like on a train. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable, springy. There is no electric kettle and frying pan. Wifi is weak. Cleaned up regularly.

My husband and I are outdoor enthusiasts and always try to invest all our finances in what excursions, something to see. We choose a more or less economical hotel, and so that it is clean and tidy. We chose this hotel, it suited us in all respects, and when we arrived we were not disappointed. Small private hotel, cozy.

If your departure is later than check-out, you can leave your bags with the hotel hostess and safely walk around Budva. We did not take food at this hotel, we ate at a restaurant nearby. The room had a corner with dishes, cups, spoons, a kettle. It seems like a modest hotel, but I liked the conditions, cleaning every day, changing bedding and towels every other day.

The hotel in general is not bad. But if you go deeper, then there is a kettle in the photo - in real life it is not (coffee in the room in the morning is a myth). Hot water only in the shower. There are no frying pans and no microwave, so if you were given dinner with you, there is nowhere to warm it up. It is not allowed to be near the pool after 20.

You can't make noise in the evening. But the barking of a dog at 6.00 is a class, the howl of a moped is to the point, the crying of children is OK. Although I don’t understand at all how you can relax here with children under 5 years old.
