In the room: a bed, hanging lockers (this is in room 119), a safe, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV and a small electric kettle for literally 2 cups. balcony table and 2 chairs - very cozy and spacious! The room is clean and tidy! Towels were changed regularly! Cleaned, probably, too! Due to a busy holiday = did not notice anything negative! The owners of the villa are very nice, helpful people! The soundproofing is normal, if you close the balcony door, you can't hear anything.
The villa is very conveniently located! Near a pharmacy, market, supermarket and club "Sparta". To the sea 5 minutes!
