Чисто, уютно, душевно Clean, comfortable, sincere

Rested in September 2015.
A small house, there are few rooms, so it is quiet and calm, plus the soundproofing is not bad. The room has air conditioning, free safe, kettle, hairdryer, TV. Even some dishes: a couple of plates, a knife. The furniture is all good. Wi-Fi caught stably and without problems.
Very clean in the room and in the yard. The room was cleaned every day, and when we were not there - very convenient. Towels were changed almost every day, detergents were always available, the bed was often made every 2 or 3 days, although nothing even got dirty.
The owners are very nice unobtrusive people. They speak quite understandable Russian with a rare admixture of English words. Upon check-in, a bottle of wine was waiting for us, and then grapes, then a pie were brought in.
Located approximately in the center of the city. On the one hand, it is not close to anything, but on the other hand, it is not far from anything.
Food is not provided, but you can eat in a neighboring house for 5 euros or a little further down the street for 4 euros. And in general, a snack is not a problem, there are a lot of points.
