I am staying at the villa at the end of June 2014. I am writing directly from my room.
So I decided to leave a review. Maybe I can help someone.
1) Location of the villa
If you know the Splendid hotel, then opposite is the Anita hotel. And behind him, a little uphill (100 meters) and then this villa.
I think the location is good - not far from the sea and not on the road.
2) Number.
I had room 12. This is the second floor.
The second floor seems to me the most successful - if you live on the first floor, then as if on the street right away.
If higher - the 3rd and 4th floors do not have a balcony with a roof. If, for example, it rains, you won't go out.
And here is the beauty! And it’s not hot (this shade gives a visor) and you can go out to the balcony at any time.
Plus - number 12 is right in the middle (neither to the right nor to the left of the stairs, no one will walk nearby)
3) In the room
I’ll go through the photo (it’s good that the villa is given with photos of the rooms)

Photo 46-53 yes, real, but 50.52 is not from here
- Furniture
From the furniture in the room - I had as in photo 46. On the balcony (not visible in this photo, there is also a sofa).
When they take pictures of the room, did they drag the table or sofa from the balcony into the room and take pictures?
So photo 46 is real. Come in from the corridor - see. On the right is the bed. Straight sofa (can be expanded). On the left is an armchair (it also looks like a folding one)
There is a round table on the balcony. 4 chairs and 2 small chairs (you can see them clearly in photo 46) + there is also a sofa on the balcony
In general, by and large, you can put 6 people!
2 on the bed, 2 on the sofa (fold out), 1 on the folding chair, 1 on the balcony
- Kitchen
Of the dishes there is 1 small frying pan, several saucepans, several forks and knives (the knives are small and their blades are “for bread”). Plates, glasses, 3 cups, small coffee cups, even a Turk, 2 small plastic cutting boards.
There is no kettle - you will boil water in a saucepan.
Electric stove for 2 burners - yes, as in the photo. But, one comfort only works. And judging by the state of the comforters for a long time.
I advise you to take your own knives + a spatula in order to interfere with something in the pan.
The rest - think for yourself.
- sockets and light
On the side where the TV is, there is one double socket (it is used for TV and satellite set-top box - if you watch TV - cross them out immediately) and another one near the bed. Another outlet near the folding chair.
That is, you have 2 sockets for the whole room and the balcony (I don’t count the socket for the air conditioner, for the electric stove and for the TV)
If you have a lot of laptops/phones, etc. , this may not be very convenient.

Another minus is that there is only 1 table in the room. Here it is on your balcony. Yes, it's good to eat. But! Do you want to sit at a laptop at the table, for example, and not lie down in bed with it. So what? There are no sockets available on the balcony! They are not there at all. Need a table to work close to an outlet - drag the table into the room. And now you want to eat in the air - drag the table back. It's inconvenient.
If such a problem potentially worries you, I advise you to take an extension cord at least.
The sconce above the sofa does not work directly. Or rather, it can work, but then it needs to be plugged into the air conditioner outlet. Apparently no one does it, because there is not even a light bulb there?
4) Internet
He is. But its speed leaves much to be desired. You can hardly talk on skype with video. In extreme cases, the video will only work for one.
And I also had a problem with the Wi-Fi connection. The laptop seems to see the Internet, it connects. But writes - limited access.
I advise you, just in case, to break through this question with familiar system administrators on the subject of what to do if you do not want to dance with a tambourine upon arrival.
5) Bath
Photo 51 is real.
But ...you see in the bathtub tray, just right, a gap. After taking a shower, do you find a puddle?
The shower is working. It is here a lot of functional and with massage jets and an overhead shower.
But… only the regular bottom one works? You've had enough.
Why mess around.
On the wall, which is not visible in the photo, wires and pipe stubs stick out. Nothing interferes.

It seems to be everything. In general, you can live. The villa is not for luxury. If you want super conditions - take a good hotel. And so. . all is good
I described the main thing : ) So I tried in detail.
