I just want to provide information, because when we arrived, unfortunately, we were not very deprived of the information of the host. I hope she helps someone.
Stayed at this hotel as a family with a small child. We can say about the hotel that it is not necessary to consider it as 4 * and expect something fantastic, but to perceive it simply as a rented apartment not very far from the sea. The conditions are the usual byz frills. We lived in a 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor. By room: air conditioning is only in one room where the double bed is located, in the second if you do not open the window, it is quite hot. True, when the window is open, there are some inconveniences, this is the audibility of the road, which is located 60 meters behind the houses. There was no bath in our room, the shower was leaking, I liked the solution of the problem by the owners, instead of covering the cracks with silicone, they have a hole in the floor to drain the water : ). A kitchenette in the form of a waiting room in front of the bathroom, a small refrigerator, a sink and a 2-burner stove. Sea view, 1 m gap between buildings under construction. In general, you can live. Distance to the sea, somewhere around 400 meters (60 m to the road, 200 along to the footbridge and down the stairs to the beach). The cost of 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella is 4 euros. For food, down and to the right (150 meters) there is a small store, if you go another 100 m, turn to the right 30 m, there will be another store where you can buy meat (price from 3.5-6 euros per kg) and there it will be prepared for free, so there is not much point in cooking yourself. Cafes where you can eat are only on the beach (prices are the same everywhere), we have a friend who has been living in Budva for a long time, according to her words, the chance is minimal. On average, a meal for 2-3 people can cost 15-25 euros. As an option, I advise you to order meat aassorti (10-11 euros), portions are enough for 2 people. Advice on getting to Budva (the travel agent said that only by minibuses... total for 3 6 euros one way... ), ask the vacationers how to get to the pedestrian tunnel, the route will be 20-30 minutes, not very fast pace. The beach is sandy, access to the water is small pebbles, it is better to have slippers for swimming. If you rent a car (45-60 euros with ACC), do not fill a full tank (gasoline 1.18, diesel 1.11 per liter), as you won’t roll much, despite the fact that the country is small, you will drive at a speed of 30-50 km, you won’t particularly accelerate on their roads (to Ostrog (110 km) we drove along a serpentine for about 2.5 hours). It’s worth taking a car, because if you go by bus to see the Bay of Kotor, they won’t take you along the road that runs along the coast, but it’s worth driving this route of “strategic importance” : ) It’s also very beautiful and at the same time scary to drive along the road to Ostrog, especially when you go up to it and on the 1.5 lane road you try to pass with an oncoming lane, and on your side there is an unrestricted cliff of 300 meters. Also for this villa, check-out in it at 10.00, things either with you or at the entrance to an open change house. Regarding the advertising of the "big" water park located nearby, this is a small area and 3 slides. As a result, it’s worth going to Montenegro once, the main thing is not to pay attention to the mess and that this is the same scoop, but just set yourself up for rest. The nature is beautiful, the car ride is a pleasure from the views and extreme sports, well-cooked meat. . .
