New villa built in 2013. Nice apartments with new furniture. There are no questions about the apartments! Everything is fine. The only thing in the two-room apartments (One bedroom) is air conditioning only in the living room (leaving room), which is not very convenient and stuffy with the doors closed. But the main disadvantage is a nightclub right under the villa. Which belongs to the owner of the villa and is open from 23.00 to 05.00 in the morning! The music is not really loud, you can hear even with the windows closed. Therefore, I see no reason to relax in this villa! All comfort during the day turns into a nightmare at night. All complaints (even to the Ministry of Tourism) are useless! They have permission for the club. But sleeping at night in this villa is very problematic! I do not advise anyone! Everyone who lives here stops out of ignorance!
