Good afternoon everyone! We rested at Villa Anika from 13.07. to 28.07. 2013. I was not the first time in Montenegro, and I also have a huge travel experience, and for me the rest at Villa Anika was a big disappointment. I 100% agree with the previous negative reviews. And I regret that I did not treat him with due attention. Now about the facts: Room cleaning - 1 time in 7 days, if vacationers settled for 10 days - 1 time in 5 days. Bed linen and towels were worn, there were 2 sheets with holes! When we checked in, they didn’t give us sheets at all, the owners offered us to sleep on mattress covers, of unnatural origin. To my requests to give out underwear, they pretended that they did not understand anything and did not want to know anything at all, until they angered me "seriously", after raising their voice they gave out torn sheets. On a double bed - 2 semi-top! I've never seen such CRAZY anywhere else! The room is full of imperfections, for example: in our room in the shower, the doors did not move, the wheels were worn out, and when my daughter tried to close the glass one! door, she flew off the fasteners, it’s good that my daughter caught and held her (she is 17 years old), and if it were a small child! The electric kettle just stopped working. My husband took it to the owners. After that, an announcement appeared at the entrance that tourists will compensate for all breakdowns! We understood that if the stele. the door in the shower was broken, we would not only have to be treated for our own money, but also buy them a shower stall. TV is very old, small, tube, and it's in an apartment for 3 people!
There was no dryer on the balcony. We, as experienced tourists, took a rope with us and tied it from the hinge of the shutters to the stone pillars on the balcony. Our neighbors followed suit. But after all, a dryer costs a penny, why not buy it? ! Soap and toilet paper bought themselves (sorry for the details). There was no soap or anything like a shower gel (but oh well) and toilet paper, the cheapest, they gave out a couple of rolls, 1 time in the morning my husband went and asked for a roll - they gave them, but they didn’t put them themselves anymore, I sent them about myself away and bought in a supermarket (also the best quality). Of the dishes - 1 small enameled saucepan and 1 for 3 liters metal, "worn out", with a dent and without handles))) there was no, even a small, frying pan, they do not allow guests to cook meat, fish, while the owners live 2 -we are families in the villa and naturally cook a lot, the smells from their cooking are carried around the villa all day)) Wi-Fi is available, but very good. weak. The veranda is always completely occupied by the owners, their prophetic ones. Their ironing board is on the veranda, dirty coffee cups and newspapers are scattered on the table. Near the villa there is no bench, and even a chair for guests. Before leaving, we changed under the stairs! No one offered us to go at least somewhere, there is no guest room and toilet (and the veranda is occupied). The hostess began to say hello towards the end of our stay. My husband left earlier, but my daughter and I stayed, and when we left, we carried a large suitcase from the 3rd floor, and the son of the hostess, a 2-meter 30-year-old kingpin, went to meet us and did not even blink an eye to help us. We lived on the 3rd floor, on the same floor overlooking the sea are the apartments of the "young owner". On the second floor - also the apartments of the owners. And the first semi-basement is for guests. During our stay, they tried to move us to another room in the basement, and they reported this through the cleaning lady who met us at the moment when we went to the beach!!! ! with the words: "Leave the room! At lunchtime, other guests will be placed in your room! " There are simply no words...... they ruined our half-day vacation, but as a result we stayed in our room. In the photo - the rules of stay in the villa.
The fact that everything is very close - with a big stretch, the villa is on the rise, on the outskirts, and you had to climb along the narrow asphalt path, along which cars constantly passed (there is no sidewalk, you have to cling to the stone fences to let the cars through). I DO NOT RECOMMEND WITH SMALL CHILDREN! Difficult and dangerous! All shops are located near the center (landmark - water park). In the afternoon after the beach, it is quite difficult to walk along the route along the Soltsepek. I had to make purchases in advance, after evening walks. On the way from the beach there are no shops and fruit stands.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Villa Anika! Closer to the center of Becici och. many villas and hotels, which are not taxable to climb on a steep, dangerous ascent and with more friendly and helpful hosts. I want to note that we got to Villa Anika on the STRONG recommendation of the staff of the PILON travel agency (the host in Montenegro), although we originally booked another hotel.
Go on vacation to Montenegro!
Montenegro is a delightful, very beautiful country with pleasant, good-natured people, and we will definitely go there more than once. But be careful about reviews.
P. S. I got the impression that o. good reviews about this villa are written by the staff of the travel agency.
I wish you all a good holiday (in another hotel or villa)!
