Hotel "Splendid" (Splendid Conference & SPA Resort) is considered one of the best in Montenegro, and is famous primarily for being the first five-star hotel on the east coast of the Adriatic. Like any other "legendary" hotel, Splendid boasts big names of its guests, such as Madonna and Mick Jagger, Bill Clinton and Ban Ki-moon. The hotel is located on the first line by the sea, has its own beach, volleyball and golf course, tennis courts, three outdoor pools, a beach bar and a pool bar, two restaurants, a luxurious SPA center, parking, a garage and a heliport, as well as a spacious conference center with 700 seats and a casino. For children there is a separate playhouse ("Children's Castle") with a playground and animation. For people with "special needs" there are as many as six rooms.
Standard Superior rooms are spacious, bright, with new furniture and luxurious sanitary ware.
The bathroom is equipped with a transparent glass partition - a kind of "window" to the room. I know that not everyone likes this. In addition to the standard necessary equipment (TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-bar), the rooms are equipped with such interesting "tricks" as "temperature control panel in the bedside area" and "bedside control panel: "Do not disturb", "Clean the room" and "Turn off Each room also has a doorbell and an emergency call button in the bathroom. Thirty-two-inch LCD TVs are equipped with a wireless keyboard, they can be used to access the Internet. Internet is delivered to the rooms via cable (10 euros / hour or 25 euros / day ), and in public areas you can connect to the hotel Wi-Fi (free of charge). At check-in at the hotel, the vacationer is given the so-called "beach card", which must be exchanged for a beach towel.
For safety reasons, the hotel does not allow food or beverages purchased outside of Splendid to be brought into the complex.
