The villa is very good, new, the rooms have everything you need, we were cleaned every day, towels were changed every 3 days, I don’t know what else to write, the sea views are just gorgeous, the owner is a great guy. I don’t quite understand the previous comments, it feels like people are writing about different villas! The light on the floors is automatic there, you need to turn it on yourself, the fact that there is no soap - I think this is something that you can deal with by going on vacation to Montenegro and, first of all, enjoying its nature, the "ugly construction site" is almost invisible nearby, shelves in the bathroom, etc. - just rubbish. In short, I highly recommend the villa, we loved everything!! !
