1. A hotel like "Glory to the builders of communism", the residential floors are decorated very simply, without frills - such a hello from the USSR. The lobby is well decorated - soft sofas, wood carved panels. It kind of feels like I'm in the 60s. Yes, Wi-Fi is paid, like 20 tugriks an hour.

The rooms are clean, quite large, cleaned regularly, there is hot and cold water. Hot water - not very hot, and cold - not very cold, because the temperature is 35C, it was not necessary to use the Mixer. TV - a couple of Arabic channels, with 10 French. The floor is tiled, slippery (this is their tradition). Wiring in some rooms is stupid. There are not enough sockets - only one free, I had to turn off the TV (what for is it there at all? ).
3. Breakfast at the hotel "continental" - that is, buns with jam and coffee or tea. As a bonus sausages (rather not tasty), boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. Starts at 7.30 and ends at 10.00. Moreover, the time zone difference is -2, that is, at 10 o'clock in Kyiv it is already lunch. In this situation, if you limit yourself to this breakfast, then in an hour you will die of hunger.
4. Actually, fog hangs over the entire coast and the sun is a rather rare phenomenon there. Cool at night.
Therefore, air conditioning is not needed there, just open the doors to the balcony and everything will be fine. If you forgot to close the balcony for the day, the staff closes it themselves and draws the curtains.

Summary. In our age of glass, concrete and mirrors, an attempt at antique styling has failed. In general, the impression of the hotel is not bad, in the "old" Europe there are hotels much worse. However, there are 2 serious BUT. Firstly, there is such a thing in Morocco as a hammam - a bath. The thing is very steering and another no less steering thing is attached to it - massage. Tourist public hammam + massage costs 300 tugriks. Some hotels have such a service and sell it to customers at 2 times cheaper. The second BUT is that some services in Morocco are very relevant, and the work schedule of civil services is very specific - 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon. Therefore, it is better to have them at hand in the hotel.
