In general, the hotel is certainly not bad. They cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day, bed linen every 2-3 days and even the dishes were washed. Several times they left 10 dirhams for cleaning, so they laid out flowers from the blanket for us)
The hotel is located really in the region of a kilometer from the sea, once again you don’t go home. And around the construction site, work is in full swing, Agadir is being built. Some tourists preferred not to leave the hotel in the evening, but it's not so scary.
You don't even have to take breakfast if you have a studio room. You can go to Marzhan and buy everything you need there. Fortunately, it is relatively close, we even walked to it, but back by taxi.
There is no beach of your own, but you can sit on the shore anywhere, since the beach is huge.

The staff is friendly, helpful. But still this hotel has one big minus. This is his nightclub, where locals hang out all the time. Music SHOUTS from evening until 5 am. Yes, the walls are shaking. If you're lucky, the room will be in another wing, but it's still very audible. And under the club - buy earplugs. But even they won't help you. So think about whether you should pay money for such torment.
I do not advise anyone to go for cheap tours to Residence Rihab.
