The declared 4 * do not correspond to reality, as well as the photo of the hotel. And even more so a photo of a standard room. 3 days of the war for relocation to a room without insects, bleach and dampness all the same were crowned with success. But the room they put us in was not much better.
The staff is not friendly, rude. Towels and linen, which are already black, have never been changed for 10 days.
The food is disgusting - green fruits, rotten vegetables, main dishes, despite the buffet, are given out strictly in pieces. During dinners and breakfasts, the service is sad, it is very problematic to find a clean table with cutlery, although the hotel was half empty.
The territory was covered with insects, either already poisoned or alive, and they were in no hurry to clean them up until the next morning. The hotel's beach area is negligible. The city beach is very dirty. The hotel is not safe!!! Because in the evening the local population gathers for a free drink in the bar, but the tourists on the all-inclusive system are looked at like wolves. In general, there are a lot of negative impressions.
