The owners are very caring and helpful, if there is an "emergency situation" or an unplanned whim - everything is quite simply negotiated. Willingly and accurately advise - it's easier to ask them than to climb on Google.
The house is certainly old, but the location, attitude and cuisine completely compensate for everything. Especially the kitchen! : )
For a trip with children, this is generally the best option: the beach and all the entertainment (children's park, ethnographic museum, camping with bike rental, Mazbanitis) are no more than 15 minutes on foot.
