We came to Riga from Prague. To be honest, the Latvian capital left an ambivalent impression. A very elegant historical center is Old Riga, but there are too many dilapidated and somehow withered buildings. It is evident that the finances are not very...
As for the Irina Hotel, it did not disappoint us. Normal, comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts, stable Wi-Fi, friendly staff. Plus, a convenient location, which was very important for us: the Old Riga and the bus station are within easy reach, and the railway station is completely opposite.

Advice for those traveling to the airport: it is better to use the services of "Baltic taxi" because they have a fixed price "from / to" the airport - 10 lats (about 20 USD). The taxi called by the reception cost us 14 lats (correspondingly, about 28 USD).
I wish you all pleasant travels and vivid impressions!
