From the pros:
1. Location. The hotel is located between the railway/bus station and the Old Town. We arrived by bus and walked to the hotel - 15-20 minutes at a very slow pace. Later, when we went to Trakai and Kaunas, it was very convenient. I got up, ate, 15 minutes - and you are already at the station : )
2. Hearty, varied, delicious breakfasts. We bought both accommodation and breakfasts - so as not to bother in the morning and go already ready) And we never regretted it! Buckwheat, rice, pasta, potatoes; vegetables, cuts, cheeses; sauces, mayonnaises, ketchups; flakes, muesli, rice puffs; dried fruits, nuts; jams, butter; milk, yogurt; different breads, buns; different juices, water, coffee, tea. . You definitely won't leave hungry!
3. Having your own kitchen, where you can cook your own food freely.
The kitchen has everything you need: three stoves, microwave, saucepans, frying pan. Even toasts can be made) There is enough space for everyone. The dining room is open to everyone from 7 am to 11 pm. If there are not enough plates or something else - feel free to contact the staff - they will bring you everything! As for me, the presence of a kitchen is another great plus!
4. Staff. Perhaps this item should have been placed first, but so be it) Nice Russian-speaking girls answered all our questions with pleasure from "What is the best way to get there? " and to "Where is it better to eat shakotis? " : ) I tortured even the girl with my questions , which was in the dining room during breakfast))) Moreover, they themselves then already something when they remembered, came up and said)))
It was on the recommendation of the staff that we easily went to Acropolis and Ikea. Just take a card / pen and go to the reception - everything will be drawn for you there, even with arrows; )
5. Numbers.
I liked the rooms themselves for their functionality. I have never seen so many lockers and shelves in any hotel! I was able to put each thing on a separate shelf : )))) We took a room with two single beds - everything worked out. The pillows are thin and one at a time, but that's it))
6. There is a refrigerator in the room. This also made me very happy! All food was stored there.
7. At the beginning of the street, two blocks or 10 minutes walk from the hotel there is a large Maxima supermarket. In the evening, when we returned from walking around the Old Town, we always went there and bought groceries! Very comfortably!
8. Public transport stops at the walls of the hotel. Although we walked all the rest, but when we went to the Acropolis, it was convenient. You get off the bus, two somersaults - and the doors of the hotel : )
9. TV, Internet - connection with the outside world was not lost : )
From non-critical remarks (individually):
1. Noise isolation between rooms.
For two nights in a row, we heard the drunken merriment of Russians who thought they were alone in this hotel (or in the whole wide world in general ... ). Then, at the end, an Indian settled in the next room, who sang his prayers at 5 in the morning. It was fun: )
2. Noise isolation in the room between the room and the bathroom. Yes, the doors on the rails, which do not close very tightly. And if you make sounds there, your partner hears it all very clearly in the room))) If there are no problems with this, then this is not a minus at all; )
That's all: ) If you have any questions - write; )
